“Cheyenne and her girls at High Ground are AMAZING. Not only do they make my coffee just right, they never cease to have suggestions of new fun things to try. As a mom of 4 with 3 old enough to also want something when I stop, we cannot get enough of their monthly kids drink specials and if there is something wild my kids want (an empty cup so my toddlers baby doll can also have a coffee, something green for my 6 year old for example) they always go above and beyond to do it for them. Sorry, that's not why I drove into your place of business. Read your menu and waited for your employee to do their job which they did not. I can go anywhere and be ignored. But to be expected to purchase something afterwards, spending my money for rudeness. You have lost a customer that you never had.“

Note: they make their own whip cream and don't use the garbage premade spray can stuff. To me this is a big deal.
