“Have been wanting to come here for a while and finally came by for a pre-work coffee. The barista made my espresso perfectly and was great to chat with. The vibes in here are spectacular, not too loud, free Wi-Fi, and I love the upstairs seating area!
There weren’t many food options left but I think I just visited too late in the day!
Will definitely be back here very soon.“

“Walked in and got the strawberry matcha and the honey bunches of cold brew! Both were delicious and the burnt honey flavor in the cold brew is amazing! The prices are decent for the sizes and customers also get free waters and use of the bathroom as well! There’s plenty of seating, the service is incredibly fast, and the workers are super kind and welcoming. Not to mention it was super clean with an awesome aesthetic as well! Zero complaints! If I lived here I’d be a regular“

“While I have never visited in person, Broadcast Coffee is by far my most coveted coffee. I absolutely love their coffee! From Columbia Pensilvania, to Columbia Los Angeles, and now Autumn Blend, I can't get enough of this delicious coffee! I LOVE every single coffee I try. I am definitely not afraid of purchasing a full pound of coffee that I haven't first sampled!“

“At Boon Boona, sharing a daily cup is about more than just caffeine—it’s about slowing down and connecting. When you choose their coffee, you’re supporting a more equitable coffee economy. They work exclusively with African producers and exporters, ensuring a greater share of profits goes to women-owned farms and communities often overlooked. Their cafes are designed with you in mind—welcoming spaces where you can gather, discover local artists, support nonprofits, and enjoy pop-ups from the small businesses you love.“

“in this economy where everything and everywhere is expensive, service should stand out and this establishment does! i came in 11/18 and the two ladies that were manning the front were friendly and inviting especially towards my pup. the macchiato i ordered was delicious and came w seltzer water (which i feel like most places don’t offer). i would 10 out of 10 return!“

“The coffee is fabulous, I recommend asking the baristas to build something yummy and seasonal. The secret/out seasoned drink suggestions were amazing! I highly recommend this place if you need to get away or sit with your thoughts, a good book, or a hard study. Ambiance is superb“
“Immortal Joe states that he bought our coffee (Breakfast Blend) via Amazon. He did not buy our coffee. We don't have a breakfast blend and we sell only at our shop.“

“Broadcast cafe is one of the finest coffe shops in the US.
The people are stand up, the coffee, the same.
I would bet they stand outside with teas and coffes and breads in their hands, standing by their work
For the whole world to see.“
“Always friendly and always amazing coffee“
“The kindest couple making amazing coffee and breakfast bagels. Made my morning so special. The art on the walls was amazing, some local from PT and some from Seattle.
The vibe is up beat and positive with everyone in the shop happy they are there and happy to visit with each other while they wait!“

“Nice spot in the North Satellite at the end by N14 to N18. The breakfast they serve is pretty big and very tasty. The coffee is delicious. There is a decent amount of table space to eat there. The staff was very pleasant in the early morning. Good stop!“

“We stopped at the Pine Street location on our way back from exploring Pike Place Market.
We were thirsty and opted for iced tea instead of coffee. It was very good and ready pretty quickly.
It has a good interior with seating and an understated vibe. It is located in a space with lots of windows for people watching. We stayed about 30 minutes and enjoyed both the beverages and the people watching.
Recommended.“

“Delicious coffee and baked goods, as well as friendly and inviting baristas! We got banana bread and walnut coffee cake, both moist and flavorful.
With 2 drinks and 2 baked goods, our total (including tip) was around $30.
Great vibe, lovely bright location with plenty of natural light coming in from massive windows. Highly recommend.“

“Victrola Coffee Roasters is one of Capitol Hill’s most enduring cafés — a space that feels rooted in Seattle’s coffee culture. Step inside and you’ll find a warm hum: the hiss of steaming milk, grinders at work, and sunlight pouring through large windows onto brick and wood walls. It’s equal parts neighborhood hub and coffee temple, where regulars and first-timers both feel at home.
The Coffee
Victrola is all about clarity and balance. The espresso is rich and clean, cappuccinos and lattes are smooth without being heavy, and pour-overs highlight distinct origin notes. For those looking beyond espresso, options like cold brew, kombucha on tap, and loose-leaf teas round out the menu. Prices are fair for the quality, and the drinks consistently deliver what makes Seattle coffee famous — craft without pretension.
Service & Atmosphere
Service is friendly but precise, with baristas who know their coffee and happily walk you through beans, brewing methods, or milk alternatives. The vibe shifts depending on the time of day: mornings buzz with commuters and laptop workers, while afternoons lean relaxed with people settling in at tables or by the windows. The atmosphere is cozy, creative, and unmistakably Capitol Hill.
More Details
• Vegetarian options: Vegetarian-friendly pastries and snacks are usually stocked, though the focus is on drinks.

• Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly in the daytime, with simple drinks like hot chocolate or steamers that work well for younger visitors.

Final Take
Victrola Coffee Roasters is more than a café — it’s a cornerstone of Seattle’s coffee identity. Five stars for consistently excellent coffee, knowledgeable baristas, and a space that feels both historic and current.“

“My husband and I went to Bellevue Square location this morning. Doug behind the counter made our day with his expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality. We have been using nespresso original over 2 years and recently purchased the Vertue Next so we were not familiar with the new pod options. Doug took the time the explain and made us aware of new flavors . We have been to various nespresso boutiques globally ( Valencia Spain, Porter Ranch , CA, Istanbul Turkey ) the service we receive at the Bellevue location was above and beyond !! Thank you Doug !! We will be back“

“it looks like the lobby of an office building that reconsidered halfway through and became a café instead. I ordered a cortado with a light roast: bright, fruity, beautifully clean cup. When it was handed to me, I gave a quiet “thank you” in a voice only I could hear; without looking up, the barista quickly offered an equally nervous “you’re welcome,” tiny enough to almost to make sure the other doesn’t hear. Somehow it made my day. :D“

“Excellent spot for anyone who loves great coffee paired with a casual, inviting atmosphere.
It being an open space in the commercial building makes it little noisy. The baristas are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which really elevates the experience. Their coffee is consistently excellent - rich, smooth, and expertly crafted—and the menu offers a nice variety of drinks and pastries to choose from.
Overall, Caffé Fonté delivers top-quality coffee and fast service.“

“A busy little café. They offer seasonal specials—in fall, it was ginger spice lattes and teas. You can order using a self-serve kiosk, which is convenient. I got a grilled chicken wrap—it was super tasty and surprisingly affordable at $15.“
