“Extremely kind and friendly staff and amazing food. When my food was about ready, there a small mishap where the bag gave out and the food fell, but they were quick to remake it fresh, and they gave my a complimentary horchata as an apology for the wait. The quesabirria came out incredible, I’ll definitely be coming back!(:“

“We shared the breakfast burrito and chips with chorizo and queso. Absolutely delicious. The chips were light and crisp. We happened upon the truck when we stopped at Triptych Brewing on a road trip. Perfect dinner and beer stop!“

Vegetarian options: I ate the quesadillas with beans, but you can ask probably any meal without meat.“
