“So it's a chipotle for sure and it's good, but they make the meats more spicy than every other chipotle for some reason. I like it but my wife doesnt dig spicy. The parking lot situation they were left with is kind of unfortunate. You have to do a round about dance to leave there and if you go to Costco first and grab chipotle on the way out, you have to completely leave the complex and reenter to get back to the parking lot.“
“They ran out of mayo, which is all we ever use…they suggested garlic aoli, said like mayo with garlic. Lord, that stuff is disgusting, ruined our sandwiches! Way too watery and super strong, let alone far too much…was drenched with it and that’s all you could taste. They were busy, wish I had slowed down and picked for myself, or just said nothing and put it on when home. The correct way to of handled this, was tell people before they order…if may determine what you order. We threw them away. My Son went back and got his sandwich remade plain, I decided I lost my appetite for Subway, and found something at home.“

“Alright I need to vouch for the employees here. I come to this location often and have NEVER had nearly as bad of an experience as the other reviews are saying. Yes, the employees don’t look absolutely stoked to be there. But cmon ? it’s Taco Bell. It’s not a sit down place. You’re ordering cheap food. I rarely ever have an issue with my order.
I came in today and witnessed an old man cat call and belittle the workers. He kept asking “can I get a kiss? Can I get a kiss? Come here and give me a kiss. Why can’t you smile?” The workers looked to be no older than 16-17. He demanded taco sauce and I had to inform him that there’s a section near the drinks for that. I wouldn’t have a smile on my face if I was getting spoken to like that all the time either!! Food service workers are people too. Is this the best Taco Bell location ever? No. But it isn’t nearly as bad as I’ve seen people making it out to be in these reviews.“

“the cashier was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was clearly challenged by the menu. she helped him figure out exactly what he wanted and assisted him with his credit card purchase too - all the while, smiling! when it was my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't mind a little chit chat. I was pleased with my Beyond burger as well. nice job!“

“My family have drove up to the PNW to fish since I was a young lad, today, I’m 52 years young. In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. It doesn’t matter what type of business you own or work for, it’s not about the products, services or pricing. Business is about people. After all, people make all of those decisions I just mentioned. We all know people are not without flaws (excluding Donald Duck ); no person or business is above reproach, (accept Donald Duck thought he was). Having said that, did we receive a perfect order every single time we stopped at this location, no. However, Burgerville has always owned it and made it right, with a cut above to make up for inconvenience. Don’t misunderstand me, the food is fantastic but this component is why we always come back. Mistakes are not meant to define you or an organization, they are meant to guide the individual and the organization. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“Mobile order pickup, staff was really nice, restaurant was very clean, mildly busy but everything was nice and quite.
The order was made quick and ready in no time, however the wrapper was a little messy due to then changing from whole lettuce to shredded lettuce. Sad face emoji“

“Pizza is honestly an unbeatable meal, and you really can’t beat unlimited toppings for one flat price, especially if you like getting creative with your pies. Mine are usually pretty colorful 😆 Every pizza I’ve had here has been consistently good and fresh, and I really enjoy their ranch.
The marionberry lemonade mixed with Sprite is a surprisingly yummy combo and definitely worth trying. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice depending on the weather. And if you end up with leftovers (which doesn’t always happen), MOD pizza reheats perfectly in the air fryer!“
