This is one of my favorite coffee and grab and go breakfast spots in SLU. They have a ton of delicious vegan options too.
Excellent food and coffee. Great place to stop after a bike ride
It's the cutest little shop, with tasty coffee, a skilled and pleasant barista, and subtly sweet pastries. Outdoor and indoor seating are both great places to while away 45 minutes reading and relaxing. I did see one person on a laptop as well, but didn't pay attention to the outlet availability. Give it a try.

Fresh Flours South Lake Union is a super cute and cozy coffee shop/bakery with a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff is nice and helpful, providing quick and friendly service. This spot offers a variety of tasty treats, including the almond and ham and cheese croissant, which customers love. The gluten free banana cake is noted as the best many have tried, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Visitors appreciate the thoughtful touch of having tampons in the bathroom and the wheelchair accessibility, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Customers can relax with an earl grey latte or a vanilla latte in this small but inviting space. There are also specialty coffees and pastries like the Matcha muffin with red bean inside, which many find amazing. Fresh Flours is a must after a lab draw or visit at UW SLU, and it’s a great place to unwind.
