“The black sesame foam for the Gloomy Matcha has me in a chokehold…. I tried recreating it at home, but it comes nowhere near as close to what you can get here. I came right at opening time before my flight took off because I just had to get another Gloomy Matcha 😂 it’s THAT good. Wish we had an Aroom on the east coast 😭

Right down the street is a bakery, which is so nice! Come to Aroom for your morning coffee/matcha, then head to Sea Wolf for some bread.“

“La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. The owners and staff are hard-working and kind. They care about their locals and the newbies. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You deserve it!“

“Freshly made juice right in the middle of Pike Place. I ordered the Flo which has beet, pineapple, lemon, and mint - super refreshing! The pouch makes it easy to carry the drink around and dispose since you can fold it. Helped me regain some energy after walking around all day.“

“I live in Portland and I try to come to this cafe anytime I’m in Seattle visiting my friend. I almost always see the same women working, and they are friggin amazing. Food and drinks are always a 10/10, and the prices are extremely fair in my opinion.“

I did at home and don’t want to make it myself I’d rather pay. You should order ahead with app. When wait in line don’t trust the wait time show on app. Check with stuff time to time yourself . The App is trash which is understandable, as a programmer in this area you should know how hard it is to make it online . They are bobble store would not invest money in the complexity of the app, same time they want to increase through put of customer by allow them order first.“

“Beautiful shop with a garden outside. Centrally located just off the street where Ballard food market is held. I tried the chickpea tuna sandwich, which was great, very fresh with really springy and soft sourdough bread. My friend had the curry wrap which she really enjoyed too. The menu is great and varied, including wraps, sandwiches and salads with various flavour profiles. We both needed boxes as our portions were so hearty. We had some drinks which were delicious too, I went with the ginger ale which was made in store and was really flavourful. My friend had a coffee shake which she said tasted like a chocolate milk shake. They also have a line of organic nut butters, I took the Hacoco one home to try.“

“I have no idea why this place doesn’t have more reviews or higher ratings because this was hands down the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. I’ve been to countless spots from Hawaii to California, and this easily makes my top five. The shop owners were incredibly kind and still welcomed us even though they were closing in five minutes. The texture of the ice was perfect, and the toppings were super generous. I wish I lived closer because I’d be here every week.

“We can not recommend this restaurant enough! We’ve been there 3 times within a week because it was that good 😍 we absolutely loved the Breakfast Burrito and the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl. The roasted sweet potatoes were absolutely incredible!

“I've been visiting here for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. The food is always so fresh and taste absolutely delicious.the service from Layla alone is outstanding. She is always personable, kind and inviting. I always get there a few minutes before the rush so we can chat. The food comes out quick, hot and perfect every single time! My go to is the gyro plate. If I'm extra hungry I'll add some baklava which taste like it was transported directly from an oven in Greece!“

“I loved this small place on Beacon Hill. I was visiting from Detroit and saw it as I walked from the train to where I was staying. I went in an hour before they opened without realizing it, and the friendly owner invited me to come back at lunchtime. I'm glad I did. The owner greeted me again warmly. I had veggie pho with tofu and a Vietnamese coffee, both absolutely delicious. The servers were friendly as well. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Not much atmosphere, but very friendly, satisfying food, and reasonable price. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely go back.“

“What a cute place with such nice ambience! The food here is such good quality and very tasty. I ordered the Golden Latte (which had no processed sugars) and Breakfast Burrito. I will be coming back to try their other dishes. My neighbor next to me had the breakfast scramble and also shared it was very good!“

“This place is my go-to for fresh fruit smoothies. It's a grab-and-go type of shop, easily accessible with ample, free parking outside and a bus stop steps away. I've probably never been inside more than five consecutive minutes, nor seen a line more than two people long.

The operator, Zach, is friendly, fast, and pressure-free-patient as you choose a regular or large size from the display of 40 recipes. He's also a certified nutritionist (a plaque on the wall says so).

You might think from the intense flavors that the smoothies here are loaded with added sugars, but--surprise--that sweetness is completely natural! (I've tried replicating the quality myself, and can vouch for the wonders of banana and citrus.)

As a quick source for a healthy indulgence whether I'm too busy for a full meal, feeling under the weather, or wrapping up a workout, Emerald City Smoothie holds a special spot on Aurora Ave and in my heart.“

“There is a gate to enter the community which was closed before this place's closing time. Entry was very confusing and I had to walk alot to figure out how to enter the place. Luckily, someone living in community was entering through the main gate and I could request and enter with him.

“I am absolutely addicted to this place. I took some time to try 2 other bubble tea places nearby & they paled in comparison. The taro slushy & boba is probably the best I’ve ever had.

I also recommend trying something creative they’ve invented: melted brown sugar + boba balls, which makes a taro slushy next level. Highly recommend; come support a small, local business, too <3“

“One of my favorite grocery stores of all time! It's nice to get away from the hustle of Pike Place and visit this calming and very well organized grocer. I always go in to get a chocolate chip cookie that they have warm and fresh. From there there's an endless array of produce, ready to cook meals, cook books, and others to peruse. Their tiramisu is also a must try.“

“The paneer burger used to be mind blowing. I would have become vegetarian if I could eat it every single day. But they switched out the cheese to low quality American cheese which is not even real cheese by the way and I’m really disappointed with how it has affected the burger taste. “Went during opening time and it was busier than i expected, however, the staff was very kind and they were very fast with our order. We got multiple drinks and even the Rice Roll. The drinks were delicious the roll was great and filling! The place was well decorated and it seemed to have very relax atmosphere. Overall my experience was very positive I highly recommend it :)“

“I used to not go to happy lemon because I wasn't fond of the drinks, I went to the location in Bellevue I believe. But when I moved to this area , I thought to try it out again, I got the regular milk tea with pudding and taro balls. Really Good! They also had a strawberry cheesecake drink (something along those lines), super good! The inside of this location is really cute too! Happy Lemon went from one I never go to, to one I'd happily go to! Def come try their drinks.“
