“I hired Laura to prepare meals for a knitting retreat near Mount Rainier. She easily created a menu that took into account a variety of dietary restrictions -- no small feat! She and Chef Athena came early on Monday to prepare all the meals and snacks through breakfast Thursday. They helped us with the service for dinner Monday and then left clearly labeled trays with instructions for any of the dishes that needed to be reheated. The food was all incredibly delicious! I especially loved the lemon lavender cake and the Chicken Marbella with olives and prunes. I would not hesitate to hire Honest To Goodness for a future event and wished I lived in Seattle and could take advantage of their regular services.“

“We hired Down to Earth Cuisine for our January micro wedding in Leavenworth. We did a buffet style dinner and every single dish was AMAZING. The owner is so personable and helpful. The first time we talked on the phone was 30+ minutes and he wanted to know about us, what kind of food we liked, where we were from etc. We had chefs Tom and Melissa the day of the wedding and they were so great. They were personable and their food was top notch. I didn’t get to eat the appetizers they had prepared for the rest of our guests because we were taking photos and they packaged some leftovers meticulously and set them aside for us! All our guests had nothing but great things to say about their interactions with them and their meal they prepared for us. This company was so great to work with. “I cannot recommend Neighborhood Grills Catering enough! I’ve used them several times for corporate lunch catering for 30-40 people and they’ve never disappointed! The Hawaiian bar and Pita bar have been our favorites so far and OMG the gluten free chocolate chip cookies are a Celiac’s DREAM! Highly,highly recommend!“

Eric, Drew, Jackson, and our friend who is going to culinary school now were all so so so amazing for our big orders.
Four days, two meals a day for 270 people and they always showed up timely and we have never had any issues with them. We deal with lots of catering, and PNW Catering by leaps and bounds is the best.
They come intending to do everything on their own, but if you don't hang around and chat with these lovely people, you're missing out!
Some of the highlights are very clearly marked dietary restrictions (for vegan, or gluten-free, etc. meals), their autonomy, always the right numbers of meals, and delicious food!!

“We love Viva Jalisco! It has been our go-to Mexican takeout place for years, and we highly recommend the enchiladas rancheras. Deciding to order takeout and not have to cook during any particular evening sometimes feels like a lovely decision; it is even more lovely when the person who answers the phone at the restaurant calls you “my lady” and helps to manifest delicious enchiladas rancheras.

Tonight was our first evening actually dining in the restaurant, and everyone who came in the door got warm greetings and great service. Our kids can be selective eaters, and the staff were patient, kind, and helpful, with a simple bean and cheese burrito for the win.
