The food was terrible, and whoever was the cashier at that time wasn't exactly painting the store in a bright light. But now 3 years later they have improved massively in terms of taste and service. Everything is Halal, so you know that the animals were treated humanely. There are also vegan options. Everything was divine, I was happily surprised to find a new twist on some of my favorites. “I can't believe I have lived down the street for almost a year before trying this place!
It's literally the best.
The falafel was crisp and light, the veggies were all fresh and tasty, but the flavorful and plentiful sauce was the star of the sandwich for me.
I also couldn't resist the pistachio baklava, which is also fresh and light and somehow both crispy and melty.
I'll certainly become a regular here. (And I'll be able to afford to be a regular here too somehow. )

Vegetarian options: They have the standard Mediterranean takeout menu with pictures of the items available. I feel that if you are a vegetarian you likely already understand this cuisine and generally what will be good to order.“

“The owner is incredibly personable and is very involved with his restaurant. His staff is very attentive and have excellent customer service skills. I chose a faster made food, the Chicken Kabob (recommended by the owner) and there was nothing that made it feel rushed or made cheap even though the price was amazing for the amount of food that came about 10 mins after ordering. BEST DARN KABOB I'VE EVER HAD IN SEATTLE. I'm sad I didn't try this place out when I lived in the neighborhood 10 yrs ago. I'd be a lot fatter by now...“
