“the food , fun range of soda choices, was great. the staff is very friendly the venue provide lots of choices.i got the burger with cheese curds and it was amazing. I can still taste it my husband got the burger with smokes sausage!and sour crout and he said it was amazing. the only complaints I have is the location is weird in a neighborhood and parking was confusing.also their ranch is not" the good ranch" it's the heavy on mayo thick not enough seasoning ranch. the fries are not great. but I i up charged to the onion rings and they were fantastic. also I can't stress enough how kind they staff is. I'm disabled and everything is a little more challenging with my wheel chair. and they are always very accommodating plus the all look like models.. o and rhe hand churned custard is a must“

“Food was good and so was the atmosphere. We told the waitress we would be splitting a Quac it out Burger. When the meal came it was on two plates and we thanked her for doing that. When we got the bill, there was a $1.99 Split Fee. That was never mentioned when we ordered it and should have been. Very deceiving that we weren’t told.“

“Went here for the first time. Food was great - Oklahama burger had a lot of flavor and crispy edges on the meat. Reminds me a lot of Culver's (a fantastic mid-western burger/shakes chain). Downside of Shelby's is that it is on the pricey side. For an equivalent meal at Culver's it is about $11 vs. $17 at Shelby's. Food is really delicious, but my only criticism is the price. I would love to frequent it more, but it is pretty cost-prohibitive for my family of 7.“

“I found my favorite local burger place. probably the best bang for your buck you're going to get in Spokane. The bacon blue cheeseburger was as good as any I've got at any high-end pub and way less cheaper. thanks for having one of my favorites on the menu and you will have a repeat customer I guarantee.“

“I’ve been to this Applebee’s a few different times, and this time was by far the better visit. I took my mother out to eat here since she had never been to an Applebee’s before.
My mom got the fish and chips, she really enjoyed them (and she’s usually picky about her cod sticks.)
I got the ribeye 12oz, which was enjoyable as well for the price.

However, my favorite part was our server, Ashley. She was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Very friendly too, unlike some other times I’ve been there I felt like I was not a burden to her for coming in. Today was also a busy day but her attitude didn’t waver no matter what. She was smiling, and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal.
Very kind, and funny as well.
There was also a manager on the floor constantly interacting with guests. The managers name was Kyle, very friendly guy, even when he was dropping off our food orders.

10/10 will come back for these people.“

“It's a pretty small restaurant but it is a pretty nice convenient location for if you're in town wanting to do window shopping at other places it's around a lot of clothing stores knick knack stores... The employees are respectful the wait is pretty short and the employees do pretty good about getting orders done fast.. parking is pretty tight big parking lot due to all the stores around it but up close parking not so much not many spots to Park that are right up on the building... The seating arrangements inside are pretty tight clothes the aisles are pretty narrow for the most part the restaurant is clean tables chairs floors“

“As I was driving towards iHop I knew it was going to be a good visit. It felt different somehow and it was. Cameron greeted us as his server and my hopes for the day were realized. Cameron was as professional as he was personable. He took on the challenge of ensuring our service, food, and overall experience were top notch. Cameron took a good restaurant and made it perfect. The division street ihop in Spokane will forever be immortalized in my mind as Cameron’s domain of breakfast excellence. May God bless this establishment if only for Cameron’s well being.“

“We had Yesenia (hope that’s the right spelling) she was basically the only server on a Friday and she was the best✨ she catered to every table and me and my two daughters felt very taken care of. There wasn’t a tip worthy enough but I love this location, it’s clean and nice obviously all ihops are similar but in Spokane I’ve been to all the ihops in town and this one is by far the best of them all. The one on division grossed me out with their dirty kitchen and rude servers last year and I started driving to this one and Yesinia is legit exactly what I expected. The older male gentle man who was the either assistant manager or manager when they had all the frogs everywhere last summer, he also is/was amazing I have t seen him in the last two visits but if this is a franchise location the owner should be proud of his or her employees.“

She took the time to learn all of our names, remembered our many, MANY different drink and food orders between all of us, and was so pleasant and lovely the whole time.
