“I highly recommend My 4 Sons. As someone who comes into the area frequently and tries the different BBQ places, this place is superior in many ways. I ordered the rack of ribs and couldn’t finish it last night. The owner recommended to try the brisket on the way out the door and it was even better than the ribs. Any place that takes the time to make their own rubs and BBQ sauce in house will always win me over. If you don’t check this place out you will regret it for sure.“

“L&L is consistently good across all the sites I've visited over the years. The chicken katsu is my favorite dish there, and I rarely deviate from it, but the short ribs are also excellent, and often what my friends get when we visit together. It's a national tragedy we lost the Lynnwood store some years ago, because the other locations are considerably south of Lynnwood. If you like chicken katsu, definitely give it a try, and do yourself a favor and get a Spam musubi with it.“

“Steel Creek is the best country bar in the Seattle area! Great vibe, music, and energy. But the highlight every time I go is the bartender Cass! She’s incredible! “This is by far the best BBQ in Western WA. Everything is good. Portion sizes are great and prices are reasonable. We drive an hour just to get great BBQ. We have met people who drove 3 hours to just eat the excellent BBQ. They also have vegetarian options.“

“1st time family visit and we all loved it! Impressive to see so many ribbons and prizes for their barbecue! The Texans in the family were wondering what the influence was so we can look on the website and it was surprising to see that it was just Washington grown.

We all loved the brisket sandwich whether it was the sliced or chopped version. The sides are very large and quite delicious. Complimentary self-serve ice cream at the end is a sweet touch (pun intended).

“I’ve coming here for many years since their grand opening. Lots of things changed as far as their menu goes, and interior is somewhat outdated, but one thing never changed is their service level. They are all very friendly and attentive at all times. I’m Korean and I’ve eating k-bbq my entire life. Meat quality is not the greatest, but with their current ayce price point, it’s more than fair. We drive 30 miles from north end just to eat here even though their Bellevue location is right next to us. To make our trip worth, we go to daebak wang Mando and little bakery located inside Hmart afterward every time. This location is my favorite spot in entire Washington state.“

Regarding the service, we experienced a 10-minute wait before being seated. Upon seating, the setup was incomplete, with only water and menus provided after 30 minutes. Notably, the menu specifies a 60-minute time limit, creating an immediate sense of urgency.

When our server inquired about our preferences, I requested a sampling of all buffet items. Although she seemed perplexed, she assured me that it was acceptable to try everything.

To summarize my review, throughout our dining experience, we received only half of our requested items, with frequent forgetfulness from the staff. Additionally, the complimentary soda required multiple requests. It appeared that the staff was overwhelmed on a Saturday.

Our kids aren’t into kbbq but they were still satisfied with some other options such as beef brisket ramen, fries, Yakitori and the soft serve ice cream. The AYCE is $50 on weekends, but well worth it. Quality of meats is good and the banchan hits everytime. Only mishap during our dining experience was having to ask for our kids ramen 3 times as it seemed like our waitress forgot. Wasn’t too big of a deal to wait ~20 minutes on it as mom and dad were throwing down on the grill and stuffing our faces“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“
