“It's a drive through burger spot that's been here over 20 years and still has some of the best burgers in Pierce county. I drove from puyallup to get these so they're worth it. Bought a mushroom Swiss, a regular 1/4 lb, and a halibut sandwich. You truly can't go wrong with any of it. The halibut sandwich is always hot and crispy so I'm sure they make them to order, which I believe they do with everything. The fries are classic shoe string and the fry sauce goes perfect with them. I think they changed the tartar sauce recipe, it tasted different from all the other times. I bought 2 combos, a fish sandwich and a large fry for $34 so a very decent price in this climate. Just try it and don't let the line deter you as it goes pretty quickly. Never had bad service and I've been going here since I was a child.“

“This has been my favorite go to Mexican restaurant for the past four years ever since I worked at the neighboring hospital nearby. One of the nurses had told me to go here for lunch break because he can get authentic Mexican food. After that, I have not gone anywhere else. The burritos with the special hot sauce that they make in house are just amazing. The meat is cooked to perfection. All their food is piping hot and steaming. There are no old stuff over here. “Tried the breakfast scramble, I bought sausage and chicken scrambles, I couldn't decide which one I wanted. They were both very good. I used salsa and avocado dressing on it. That really made it another level of flavors. The service was great, always friendly. The bowls are not filled all the way ( bummer) so depending on appetite a second one to fill it up may be needed or the little chicken sliders on the side.“

“Today I ordered pizzas from my favorite pizza spot, Mod Pizza at 10427 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Suite 102, Lakewood, WA 98499. I got all my pizzas home, 4 in total, and dropped one. It flipped out of the box and fell face down on the ground. I called the store and spoke to Natalie. I told he about my dilemma and asked if they do pizza forgiveness like another well-known pizza restaurant. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t. But to my surprise, Natalie graciously agreed to remake/replace the pizza which I had dropped free of charge. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism and dedication to satisfying the customer even though she didn’t have a responsibility to do so. “Ivar's is an iconic NW seafood restaurant and they did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and the servers were courteous and efficient. My girlfriend and I each ordered fish and chips with a cup of chowder. We both thought everything was outstanding. Our only complaint was that the pieces of fish were smaller than we expected. I recommend travelers stop here over any of the other fast food options.“

Not too confident the district managers are paying attention to their stores, but hopefully at some point they acknowledge and see whoever runs the DuPont store is doing a great job.“
