I’ve tried almost all the meats here and the chicken is on top. Burritos are rocking with default bonus accoutrements stuffed inside like FRESH avocado and pickled jalapeños. Available side salsa are meh, but completely unnecessary, tacos and burritos are great as-is. Taco meat ranking IMO: Pollo, Carnitas, cabeza, leguna, asada, al pastor.“

“This is by far the best taco truck I’ve ever eaten at!!! There are so many options, especially for vegetarians- their veggie tacos and mulitas are so delicious and flavorful! Normally it can be hard to find a taco truck with a truly delicious veggie taco, but this truck seasons their veggies really nicely and has a full blend of potatoes, mushroom, onions, and bell peppers that make the tacos super filling and SO tasty!!! “Excellent stuff! Got a chance to chat with Chase and David before a game a couple of weeks back and was blown away by the attention to detail and the quality. Stopped by expecting an unremarkable bite before an M's game and legitimately found my new go to spot when I'm in the area. Noticeably fresh ingredients and quality product. First time in awhile I haven't felt ripped off trying out a new spot and the service was notably excellent as well. I'll be at a few more games before the end of the season and we've already made plans to stop by because of how positive an experience it was.“

“An absolute must try for anyone who even vaguely enjoys mexican food. I get an adobada burrito with a diet coke every tuesday for lunch and it is a highlight of my week. The burrito is imo the best ive ever had, and i used to live in LA! The tortilla, the quality and ratio of the fillings, the delicious meat, it all comes together to create an experience that cheers me up for the rest of the day no matter how rough the morning was. The staff of course are polite and professional and the service is always quick, definitely deserving of a hefty tip. The sitting area is clean, comfortable, indoors, and with enough space that ive never had to wait for a table. Quality control is top notch, with every burrito coming out the same every time ive ordered. If there ever was a perfect food truck, this is it. I know im glazing them so hard it might sound like this is a fake review, but i promise that im a real person with high standards for my burritos at that, check my other google reviews if you dont believe me. “The Velas run an outstanding operation here. The food is always excellent, the portions are huge, everything is fresh, and it's consistent with each visit. They are so nice and friendly. The kindness and love they show you is cooked into the food as well. Authentic Mexican cuisine through and through. Once in a while I'll get the hot dog or burger, because its better from there than when I go to actual hot dog and burger spots. This spot just doesn't disappoint. We have a little event coming up and we're going to have them cater it because we know it will be a hit. We're excited to have them all to ourselves for the day 😁“
