“A great little Indian style restaurant in Pioneer Square. Fun decor and a hip vibe. Was a little worried when they didn't ask for a spice level of our entrees, but they were made to our satisfaction. Nice serving sizes and a decent amount of options on the menu. I can be a little picky about my Indian food, but this one passed my test.“

“We ordered garlic naan, lacha parata with shahi paneer curry. The food was delicious. Even though I’m not great fan of sweets, I felt the rice pudding was good. I can consider to visit this place again.
Let me know your thoughts?“
“We have been to Mint and Martini twice. Both the time food was excellent!. We are vegetarian so found a good variety of veg options.
The Kashmiri Malai kofta was very tasty and so was the tandoori paneer.
Only issue is parking otherwise this place is one of the best we have had in Seattle.“

“I cook Indian food at home all the time so I am hard to please. But this place definitely met my expectations and was really good. The owner is super nice and the service was excellent. The Dahi puri and angaar chicken special was excellent. Also the dosa was very good.“

“The food was delicious and the staff were great. It didn't come up when I googled restaurants near our hotel but we passed it on the way to another and decided to eat there instead. So glad we did. We are on a road trip from England and the lady who served us gave my husband a dessert on the house and also recommended places to visit 😀“

“I first heard about Kanishka's Des Moines location through a friend who saw somebody raving about it in a Seattle foodies group here on FB. My friend and I went to check it out and, well, it's my new favorite restaurant. I've been here 3 times and Door Dashed it once in the past month. The food every time has been absolutely fantastic, and the portion size are quite generous. The appetizers are almost entree-sized; the first time I went there with a friend, we filled up on appetizers and had to get our entrees to go. Dish recommendations: Chicken 65 and Fish Pakoras for appetizers; Mixed Grill, Lamb Vindaloo, and Paneer Korma entrees. Also, listen to your host as it seems like they're always trying out new dishes that haven't made it onto the menu yet.“

“Really good food, basically Indian burritos. Very filling, plenty of veggies and flavor involved. I'm a big guy and 1 is a meal for me.
They ain't playing with the spice levels, tread carefully. Also the lassi is so good. I've had lassi that tastes like Danimals before but theirs is actually tart and well balanced.“

“The paneer burger used to be mind blowing. I would have become vegetarian if I could eat it every single day. But they switched out the cheese to low quality American cheese which is not even real cheese by the way and I’m really disappointed with how it has affected the burger taste. Please bring back the original recipe! Serving quality food is worth it, it’s what keeps people coming back !!! Please please !!“

“For one reason, the Bombay Seafood Curry. You guys, it was out of this world good. The Samosas were just ok. The gentleman was great, the lady barely acknowledged my presence. That was pretty off putting. But I'll definitely return for this dish. Yum“

“Fantastic bang for your buck, Tikka Masala in Bellevue is worth going out of your way for. They have some fantastic variety in their menu, and do chicken curries especially well. But perhaps the crown jewel of their menu is the seafood biriyani. The shrimp is amazingly flavourful and the fish practically melts in your mouth. The portions are incredibly generous for the price. I always have leftovers after every visit. There are very few Indian restaurants in Western WA that top this one.“

“The food is made with passion and its a novel way to enjoy paratha's. Follow the directions and put in the teeny tiny bit of effort to cook the paratha's just before eating. You will never go back to eating the soggy, pre-cooked paratha's...“

“Great spot for tasty Indo-Chinese food! The Szechuan chaap was absolutely delicious, and the portion was very filling for the price. The vegetable samosas with mint chutney were also excellent. There are lots of vegetarian options too. The staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. It's a casual, low-key restaurant offering good value.“

“The food is ok. Nothing extra ordinary, but its really difficult for me to understand why they add 18% tips by default. Even for group of 4 or just one person for that matter. Price of food really on higher side with minimum quantity. Another thing is you cant split a bill. So on one table they only accept one credit card. This place is not for celebrating with friends for that reason.“

“Great find thanks to Matt Norman’s recommendation on his YouTube channel. The flavors were spot on and we love how you can order a full order or half order so you can try everything. The tandoori chicken has a lovely marinade so it is moist and super flavorful. This is our go-to local Indian spot from now on!“

“I have lived in Seattle for about five years and have been extremely disappointed by the vegan friendly Indian options. They have been flavorless and lacked spice. This place made up for it! They have loads of clearly marked vegan options. They were flavorful and actually came with rice rather than ordering it separately (an odd rarity in this city). I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the atmosphere etc. but the food was fantastic and was served and delivered very quickly.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options“

“Omg fave new pizza spot. Ordered cheeky chicken ranch pizza & bbq wings. Omg delicious flavors that melt in your mouth from the first bite. They provided an extra bag with additional condiments. It's thoughtful because not every restaurants includes them. Forget any chain pizza make this your new spot. Won't regret it. Plus the delivery person had such a great smile and attitude. Thank you for excellent 1st time customer experience. Will definitely be ordering in the future and referring ppl here.“

“We went there by a friend recommendation and I couldn’t believe we just discovered this place. All their pizzas are freshly baked. I especially like their Indian style pizza. Best in the town. The place is not that big. Only couple tables to dine in. It does take about 20mins for pizza to be ready. I would order early if you don’t want to wait there.
The owner is super nice and helpful. My kid fell asleep while we were eating there. He was very patient with us and offered to heat up the pizza when he saw my son woke up.
This is a great local place that we’ll definitely come back more!“

“We ordered food from Dakshina’s Kitchen for our Diwali party, including both veg and non-veg biryani, a variety of gravies, parotta, and carrot halwa for dessert.
Every dish was incredibly tasty and authentically prepared — we all loved the delicious spread and truly felt it was a feast!
The carrot halwa is an absolute must-try — it just melts in your mouth 😊
The food was delivered on time and neatly packed in an insulated box, keeping everything fresh and warm.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service. I would highly recommend Dakshina’s Kitchen to everyone!“

“The best Indian food around, spinach curry and Tika masala is fantastic. You can ask for hotter food and they will give you a 7/5 which isn't the hottest Indian food I have ever had but the perfect level for me. Did I mention the best Indian food in Seattle, I have had Indian food costing twice as much, this is significantly better.“

“Awesome place. Excellent shawarmas, staff is super cool and always nice. Fast service. Great parking. Spot is clean and they always got something good on the TV, like ufc or soccer or nature channel or whatever. Good prices for alot of food that will fill you up. They know how to make a incredible spicy shwarma. If your sensitive to spice, be careful cuz you might pay for it in the morning but it's worth it. Damn good place. 10/10 best spot“

Farzi Cafe Bellevue: A Culinary Adventure Farzi Cafe Bellevue in Washington state has quickly become a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and transformative dining experience. With its innovative approach to Indian cuisine, this restaurant offers a delightful fusion of flavors and textures. From the moment we stepped into the vibrant atmosphere of Farzi Cafe, we were captivated by its modern aesthetic. The menu, a carefully curated selection of dishes, showcased the chef's creativity and passion for Indian gastronomy. We began our culinary journey with a trio of appetizers: the Berry Avocado Chaat, a refreshing blend of sweet and tangy flavors; the Dal Chawal Arancini, a comforting rice and lentil croquette; and the Peshawari Paneer Tikka Lasagna, a unique fusion of Indian and Italian aesthetics. Each appetizer was a delightful surprise, showcasing the restaurant's ability to blend traditional Indian flavors with contemporary techniques. For our mains, we opted for the Heeng Jeera Dal Tadka, a hearty black lentil dish, and the Paneer Tikka Masala, a classic Indian curry. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. We paired these with the Chilli Garlic Rosemary Naan, a delicious accompaniment that added a touch of spice and warmth. To conclude our meal on a sweet note, we couldn't resist trying the Kulfi Tres Leches and the Chocolate Souffle. Both desserts were absolutely divine, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and richness. Our dining experience at Farzi Cafe Bellevue was enhanced by the attentive service of Chef Guarav Chawla. His passion for transformative cuisine was evident in every dish, making our meal even more memorable. “We loved this place. Had some friends from Alaska who were flying out at midnight. We drove over from Port Orchard to take them to dinner. Indian food was requested so I found this place online. Very friendly people, the woman has a sense of humor to match my husband’s ! 😂 The service was prompt. The food was delicious. We will go back whenever we can.“
