After working with the a staff via email and submitting pictures to make sure it was how we wanted it, we picked it up and it was perfect. All his favorite things, even my mom. It was so heavy and dense in the best way. Marble cake with Bavarian cream filling and buttercream frosting. Sooo good!“

We had to pick the cake up, and they packaged it just right for an easy trip to our venue. Communication with the ladies was easy and convenient. “This was my first time visiting this place as well as the cafe/bakery next door. It's a small grocery store full of authentic German food products. Their bread was so good!!! I definitely plan on coming back for more pretzels.

“It's been a while since I reviewed Side Piece Kitchen and I wanted to share that they have consistently have been superb each visit. I got really excited for the last week of August's specials as they were nostalgia blasts featuring dirt cup cheesecakes and teriyaki dippers which were my favorite thing to get in my school lunches. I had to practically beg my boyfriend to go and eventually just told him that they had a cosmic brownie cheesecake and he started telling me to get ready to go.

We had an event to go to at 11am and arrived around 9:30-40amish and there was a line out the door but the staff here are always on point in ensuring there isn't too long of wait that we were efficient on time and able to dine in (we were ready to eat on the way up). The food was absolutely delicious, never had a bad experience here. I absolutely loved the presentation of the lunch meal and the teriyaki dippers were fantastic. My friend tried the Baca and said it was fantastic too! I also love that they have a fun T-shirt design contest and look forward to seeing the top three best designs. It's incredible how these guys are always able to come up with amazing specials, friendly service, and offer just great vibes with each visit. I feel like we visit them at least once a month, and honestly if I could I would try to come every week. We appreciate that they have a dog friendly patio. As a long time supporter of Side Piece Kitchen, I am so glad they are local, supportive of the community and small businesses, serve truly some of the best food in the country, and are just overall amazing people.“

“I’ve ordered multiple items from Lulu over the past year and I’ve never ever been disappointed. I went in to try her new cheese and strawberry danishes and omggggg they were mouthwatering deliciousness that I’m sure I world gobble 50 of them in one sitting. I’ve ordered the strawberry flan (my fave), choco flan, peach and strawberry jellos, the Rosca, cookies, cake, and her new cheeses. On top of everything being absolutely scrumptious, I’m always received with the upmost care and friendly attitude. For being a one-woman operated bakery, I am amazed at how clean and wonderful her bakery is and I’m lost for words at what a great company Lulu’s bakery is. I am a loyal customer and can’t wait to see what else is in store“

“Been coming here since I came with my great grandmother, Bread, delectable pies, Bread, danishes, Bread, Smith brothers milk, always wonderful service from the employees even throughout the years as they have hired anew which is hard to maintain if I may add, 100% feels like the place you take your family every Sunday to get your loaf of bread and a hand pie for the kids to split. Real pillar of the community.“

“I love crumbl, although they are definitely super sweet and are a occasional thing to get. Everyone is super nice when I go in there and I love how they have cookies out to see.

I stumbled across crumbled more recently and I now very much enjoy their desserts. I love that they have a new menu every week and we get to try all kinds of yummy and exciting new things to look forward to. I normally place my order online and it's always ready when I get there to pick it up I find it nice and convenient. the location closest to me does run out of things quite often mostly because they stay busy.“

“This is for the Gig Harbor location:) The variety of doughnuts are beyond expectations. They don’t skimp on the fusion for sure! The guava filled is super sweet so if you’re looking to satisfy your craving, try this one. The owner had us try their new butter bar and hands down one of my faves now! “At Pao’s you won’t find fancy doughnuts like at Voodoo or Legendary, but what they do have is the best glazed raised doughnuts in the PNW. Light, airy and soft; the perfect simple doughnut. The maple bars and apple fritters are pretty good as well. The one downside is the toppings and fillings: The Bavarian cream, for example, is not filled with pastry cream and the chocolate topping barely tastes like chocolate.“

“My first time visiting....We had a Mother/Daughter day and she took me to this lovely coffee shop off of Ruston way...the coffee was hot and tasty...but the Dill Chedder Cheese Sones were so flaky and delicious...I can't wait to go back...“

“Little Miss Sweets NYC is my favorite bakery. I hadn't even realized everything they make is gluten-free until long after I'd been shopping there. My favorite thing would be hard to pick, but if you have a chance, grab you some guava pastelitos. They melt in your mouth, and the pastr is like buttah! I dream of these things! And the cheesecakes? OMG...ube and peach cobbler are my favorite. And you can find those in lots of local stores, like Stadium Thriftway and H&L Produce, to name a couple.

The owner, Lydia, also holds an annual event called Savor Fest that brings together food vendors from a variety of cultures so you can eat good food from around the world all in one place while supporting local businesses. Cool, right?!

“Absolutely delicious, very great food and I was greeted nicely. Every thing I saw for offer was something worth grabbing and very affordable prices. Although I got a blueberry filled bread and it was great but I noticed that the bread had a peanut flavor to it, which could be a safety hazard as having a peanut allergy is kinda common. The packaging also didn't say that it contains peanuts. But this place is great, -1 star for safety hazards.“
