“The food is amazing, and the service is even better. I have celiac, and the owners did a terrific job communicating and addressing gluten concerns. The menu does not have dedicated GF labels, but they follow protocols to avoid cross contamination and use tamari instead of soy sauce when asked for GF. I have been multiple times and never gotten glutened, will go back again and again.“

“Erawan Sports Bar encapsulates everything that makes the Lakewood culinary scene special - damn good food, full of soul, genuine care for the diners, and set in an inconspicuous hole in the wall. Erawan sports bar offers some of the best Thai food in the area at an unbeatably low price. The food is cooked fresh in front of you, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The soldiers and airmen of JBLM are lucky to have you guys!“

“Thong Thai Restaurant is a real gem! The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and fast. The location is easy to find. Most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious!A couple members of our family have celiac disease, so we're cautious and picky about dining out. This is a trusted place that never disappoints. It's gluten-free made easy. We came here to celebrate two birthdays. This business is family owned and run. Once you experience the food, it will become one of your favorite places, too!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options made easy!“

“My husband and I were visiting my brother and his wife for their wedding and decided to check the area for a good Asian spot. We were visiting from STL and our favorite STL Asian restaurant was also called Indo. We had to try. Of course this is not a chain, so we were curious how well the two compared. All I can say is wow. This place is ?? ‼️The flavors, ambiance, service, quality -- this will be a staple when we go back to visit for sure. Our recommendations would be the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl and Pork Belly Yakitori.Vegetarian options: Tofu, saladDietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free“

“Went here just for the pho, based on another reviewers experience. It was ok, broth taste watered down, little meat, not worth coming again for the pho. I never tried the thai food so maybe that's better. I was just passing through but I already have my go to pho spots back home.“

“The service at this restaurant is great and everything most of the reviewers here say it is. It is a small restaurant run by a very kind lady. She was very attentive to my needs, even making sure to bring me a glass of water while I waited for my to-go order. The food was cooked quickly and tasted great. The dining area, though small, was clean and full of natural light. I noticed there was a high chair available at the far side of the dining room. I look forward to coming here again!Kid-friendliness: I noticed there was a high chair available in the seating area.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the front door of the restaurant.“

“I have pad Thai and Thai fried rice and they both well seasoned. One thing that I love is drink packaging. I always have a hard time mixing Thai tea by just stirring with a straw so it is great to see that use a better quality plastics cup that well sealed and reusable so I can shake the cup without creating a mess.“

“This is the best Thai restaurant I’ve tried in Tacoma. I love the Red Curry Noodles, Basil Fried Rice, Larb Gai, and the Massaman curry. My spouse & I get take out here about once a month - becuase we crave it! The dine in experience is excellent as well, and has a surprisingly charming ambiance inside from what you might expect from the exterior strip mall vibe. Service is friendly too! Highly recommend.“

“The food was amazing. We had a party of 10 for a birthday and they put us in the room with the fireplace which is awesome. It was nice and private and we felt like we could all talk without overpowering other guests around us. However, the room was really cold, the fireplace was not on and there was no music to set a mood. Maybe if we had been in the main dining area that atmosphere might've felt a little bit more warm and cozy. That was the first time any of us has been there. We all agreed that we would go back and try again, because the food was so delicious!“

“Had dinner at the Wild Orchid before taking in a concert at Jazzbones. We arrived early on a Friday and were the first ones seated that evening. The host/server was very welcoming and took our order promptly. As you can see from the pictures, the presentation of the food was above our expectations. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the coconuts prawns while our entrees were being prepared. The food was very flavorful and the portions were on par. For us, the best part in this dining out economy was the price. We felt that the experience was well worth what we paid.“

“Best pad Thai I’ve had that wasn’t actually in Thailand. Their fried rice is pretty good but I’ve had better, and I don’t love their fresh rolls which is one of my favorite Thai foods. But the pad Thai makes up for it, it’s that good.“
“Really good for mall food court food. Tastes nostalgic from being a kid and getting super cheap and fast Chinese food. It's delicious.Update: are they just always closed now or do they open only sometimes? I’ve tried for two weeks now to stop in and they’ve been closed.“

“We ate here a couple days ago and the food was absolutely delicious. I would give it 5 stars if we were able to deviate from what we selected on the menu. They would not let us change out one of the sides, even if we paid a little more. If you want great Thai food this is the place to go.“

“Just ate here with my husband for the first time. I had the red curry & he had the Tacoma super green. The Food is absolutely delicious. The owner & employees are wonderful. I'm grateful. Update: went back the next day & the food was watered down and not near as good as the first time, but still some good flavors. So I'm not sure about how consistent they are. Would still recommend though.“

“We only came in for some appetizers. We got the eggroll and spring rolls. This was my first time trying out thai eggrolls but they call it deep-fried spring rolls. It's similar to a chinses egg roll. There is only an option for vegetables. I didn't particularly care for this. The spring roll was okay. I got the spring rolls with shrimp. The dipping sauces were okay in flavor. We would like to try some of the cuisine and would likely be back to try this out.“

“I love this restaurant! Everything about this place is high quality. The food is so delicious and the presentation is beautiful. The options on the menu are familiar but unique and special and a step above as well. Everyone we encountered who works at Bo Ran was courteous and joyful and friendly, and the owner is so delightful and gracious. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. And, it’s situated on Pointe Ruston with wonderful views. There is also outdoor seating. I have found a new favorite place and am excited to go again and again!“

“This is a definite lunch spot favorite! I ordered wontons and bbq pork - it comes with your choice of noodles, and I had it with egg noodles. It comes with a delicious broth and it's topped with scallions, sliced white onions and fried shallots. It also comes with a plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, lime and jalepenos. I'm pretty sure I left a clean bowl. This bowl of goodness cost $9.99 and hot tea is available upon request.“

“I had lunch here with 2 friends on Saturday and it was amazing! The food was the best Thai food I've had in the 4 years since I moved to Washington. We had the House Dumplings, Phad See Ew, Salmon Panang, Crispy Duck with Sweet Basil, and Masaman Curry. The middle 3 dishes were absolutely perfect! All vegetables were super-fresh and lightly cooked to crispy perfection. The house dumplings were a trifle fishy but the sauce was fabulous. The masaman curry was tasty but the sauce was a bit thin. Our table had a lovely water view and our waitress was both friendly and efficient. I look forward to eating here again so I can try more of the dishes!“

“This place is my go-to place for Thai food in Gig Harbor. It has an excellent location that is close to the waterfront. I love their drunken noodles, pad thai, spring rolls, and sticky mango rice. The ambiance is no frills, but they have a cute little patio to enjoy your meal. The service is always prompt, whether dine-in or carried out. I highly recommend this modest little restaurant. The price is also right and nothing like the more overpriced options nearby.“

“I would give this restaurant a 5☆ rating because it has always been good. This time though my meal was too spicy and salty. I asked for a 2, like I always do, but it was closer to a 4. I told my server, but she did nothing. You really take a chance of losing a long time customer when you dismiss them like that. I will say the spring roll was delicious. Also that large picture that practically sits on the 2 top below it needs to go. It is very dirty.“

“Exceptional Thai cuisine in an upscale atmosphere, offering a fine dining experience at reasonable prices. The fried catfish with chili sauce was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced by the spicy-sweet sauce. Lemongrass chicken showcased tender meat infused with aromatic herbs. Pad see eel with beef is also great. Highly recommend for those seeking a refined Thai culinary journey without breaking the bank.“

“Went in for an early dinner. Was quickly greeted, seated, and given a nice glass of ice cold lemon water. Large menu with plenty of options. I ordered the Tom Yum soup, Fresh Rolls, and a side of Brown Rice. For the soup I ordered a spicy level three out of possible five. Even though I like spicy stuff, I would now go with a one or a two. The soup was quite delicious. Though it needed some salt. I ordered the seafood combination. The bowl had a couple of muscles, a couple of shrimp, some medium sized scallops, sliced up pieces of calamari, plenty of vegetables, and some crab with a "k".The fresh rolls with the accompanying peanut sauce were very nice. The chicken inside was not dry. The vegetables & lettuce were fresh and crisp. The brown rice was not what I expected. When I make brown rice at home, it is true brown rice. This appeared to be white sticky rice that had beans of some sort added to color the white rice. Not a good option if you have diabetes. I'll know better next time. What didn't I like? The tomatoes in the soup. Crab with a K is a cheap option that I don't think should be even considered seafood. I'd rather have it omitted if real crab is not available. I already mentioned the issues with the brown rice.Do I recommend this restaurant? Yes. I've eaten take-out from here before and always had a good experience. This was my first dine-in experience.Service was attentive, quick, friendly, and the food portions were large. Atmosphere is ok; an open format that could get quite loud with a lot of customers.Next time I will not order the brown rice. But the Tom Yum soup is definitely worth a return trip.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options. Easy to choose low carb options.Parking: Plenty of parking. Front and back.“
