“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “I was looking for a breakfast joint that would feel like home and I found it at Lisa's Country Kitchen! I ordered the Belgium Waffles with blueberries & a side of scrambled egg. The waffles came with a blueberry in every crevice so you get a blueberry in every bite! Plus a fruit cup side. It was a delightful surprise!

The staff is very friendly & attentive. I instantly felt like family.

Got the avocado toast and it was AMAZING. Pancakes were also delicious, don’t know what syrup they got but it’s the best I’ve ever had! Bacon was great as well. Coffee was mid (bitter for me but I still had two mugs lol) but the food more than makes up for it. It’s a diner with great breakfast basics and hospitality that makes you feel at home.“

“I am gluten free and found this place on my Find Me GF app. This was absolutely the best GF Breakfast I've ever had!!! The waffle was thick and perfectly cooked and came with not a pad of ice cold butter, but a large bowl of MELTED butter to pour over the waffle. That along with smuckers sugar free syrup...it was phenomenal! Also ordered slice of ham and they also gave me 4 strips of bacon too! I recommend highlty!“

“I looked at the reviews online and pictures of the food, and that’s what made me come to this restaurant. I was not disappointed. I had the corned beef, hash and eggs. My first time out and it was delicious. The eggs were done just as I asked the hashbrowns were tasty and they even had homemade bread for toast. The waitresses are very casual and very friendly and I will definitely be back.“

“Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).“

Considering I’ve been enjoying their food and service for 15+ years, it’s almost criminal that I haven’t shared my thoughts!

I’ll keep this short and sweet.

This place is fantastic! The food is an excellent value, and I’m honestly surprised they’ve managed to keep their prices reasonable while everyone else is jacking their menus through the roof.

Value aside, what really makes (or breaks) a place, in my opinion, is customer service. And this place has always been excellent.

What stands out to me is that I’ve been seeing the same faces working there for well over a decade. To me, that speaks volumes about the leadership. Customer service is hard, and as a former restaurateur, I know firsthand that the food service industry can be brutal. So it really says something when a restaurant can retain its staff the way this place has.

But the food? It’s great. We usually come for breakfast, but the lunches are delicious too.

The gold medal has to go to the Redneck Benedict. If I had to leave one negative, though, it’d be the burgers. The beef just isn’t very good, and it tastes pretty low quality. I honestly hate even saying that, but it’s true. Still, in 15+ years, that’s the only thing that’s ever disappointed me, and I don’t think that’s much of a knock.“

We were on our way to Beaverton and arrived close to closing time, but the staff graciously welcomed us in despite the late hour. “This coffee shop provides good quality coffee at a very reasonable price. The owners and managers are absolute gems and very friendly members of the campus and community. They have always focused on using high quality ingredients and providing extensive training to their employees. They don't put corn syrup flavorings or burnt roasted coffee beans in their coffee like many chain coffee shops do. Just good quality, traditional Italian roasts, high quality flavorings, and other great non-coffee options like organic tea.“
