“Dulins was recommended to my girlfriend and I. We like going to different places to check out their food. We were pleasantly surprised! It is in downtown Vancouver, and the atmosphere is great! Waitress is very nice and made sure we liked everything. Their food is outstanding and delicious. I had the waffle with bananas and blueberries. It looked too good to eat! Very well presented. I actually had to take a picture of it.
I would highly recommend going to Dulins! Excellent service and food. We will definitely be returning customers.“

“This food truck is a national treasure. The portions are massive and insanely delicious. I have not had cat fish this good since leaving the south. The cakes were moist and rich without being overly sweet and the gouda lasagna was fantastic. All hail Kriseys Kitchen - I will follow her to any pod she resides in. “We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “We decided on this place to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted at the door by an extremely friendly server who immediately took us to our table. He was attentive and knowledgeable, and so friendly and wonderful.
The food was fantastic. We had corned beef hash, and a mushroom omelette and dessert was fantastic. I took home a lemon pie and several biscuits that were all homemade. Just a wonderful experience and a fantastic atmosphere.“

I am not familiar with the Vancouver area and called this place off a recommendation from a customer. I needed a large order completed on a certain day and at a time that was within a half hour of them opening so wasn't sure they could accommodate me. I called a few weeks in advance and the person who answered the phone took my information down, said she would pass it along to the manager, and to call a couple days before I needed the order and the manager (Jersey) would take care of it. I'm OCD and put it on my calendar to call - Jersey answered and said was just walking back to actually call ME to place the order (oh, and that she was the same and had it on her calendar too). If you bring in food for customers or a large group often you know how often things can or do go wrong, so then you also know just how RARE this is to hear. Showed up after a 3 hour drive, pizzas were done on time and they thought of everything from utensils, etc down to extra dressing for people who like it on their pizza. AMAZING! Thank you Jersey, Topanga (bartender working that morning) and the Uptown team for making my lunch for 40+ people such an amazing and stress free experience!

I already know the pizza is good but I'll be back since I hear the wine selection is top tier with wines sourced from all over that are rare and hard to find.

P.S. Did I mention they also let me borrow warming bags? Topanga actually looked surprised when I brought them back! Haha!“

“I looked at the reviews online and pictures of the food, and that’s what made me come to this restaurant. I was not disappointed. I had the corned beef, hash and eggs. My first time out and it was delicious. The eggs were done just as I asked the hashbrowns were tasty and they even had homemade bread for toast. The waitresses are very casual and very friendly and I will definitely be back.“

“Cafe Yumm is one of the only places in Vancouver with Vegan options on the menu. Ty is a great guy who will greet you with a genuine smile and a great vibe. The food is delicious I suggest you add pumpkin seeds to the Yumm bowls and grab a bottle of Yumm sauce to go. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Vancouver.“

“I am gluten free and found this place on my Find Me GF app. This was absolutely the best GF Breakfast I've ever had!!! The waffle was thick and perfectly cooked and came with not a pad of ice cold butter, but a large bowl of MELTED butter to pour over the waffle. That along with smuckers sugar free syrup...it was phenomenal! Also ordered slice of ham and they also gave me 4 strips of bacon too! I recommend highlty!“

“Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).“

“Stopped by our neighborhood Applebee’s the other night because we couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. We seated ourselves immediately upon arrival in the bar, which was great because we showed up during happy hour. There was a bit of a delay before anyone came over to greet us or take our food/drink order. After being seated for a bit, one of the female bartenders came by and brought us waters and then another server took over because their shift started. Once service picked up, the experience was much better. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the happy hour specials were an especially great value for both food and drinks. However, 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered was barely warm when we received it, as if it was done and had been sitting there awhile before it was brought out to our table. Elliot was an excellent server—very friendly, patient, and professional. He made sure to check in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive and was happy to answer questions and make suggestions. His attentive service definitely stood out and made the visit more enjoyable. Overall, a solid experience with good food, great happy hour deals, and standout service once things got rolling. With slightly quicker initial service and fresher/hotter appetizers, this would easily be a five-star spot.“

“By far the best Applebees location I have ever been to. We are regulars here and have never had a bad experience. Primarily the service is what sets it apart. Some Applebees have painfully slow service, never here. All of the waiters/waitresses are great. Food also very consistent and quick. Best Applebees location in the area by far.“

“Peyton an Bella were the best waiter and waitress. We came in on a busy Sunday. Got seated in less than 10 minutes surprisingly. My chicken fried steak arrived early but my GFs burger didn't. After 10 minutes we checked in, and Peyton was on top of it. He checked with the kitchen and made sure we happy. We eventually got the burger to go, but the service was just stellar. “This coffee shop provides good quality coffee at a very reasonable price. The owners and managers are absolute gems and very friendly members of the campus and community. They have always focused on using high quality ingredients and providing extensive training to their employees. They don't put corn syrup flavorings or burnt roasted coffee beans in their coffee like many chain coffee shops do. Just good quality, traditional Italian roasts, high quality flavorings, and other great non-coffee options like organic tea.“
