“The only thing I don’t like about Carl’s Jr. is the burgers are a huge mess to eat. I usually order them dry. If you don’t you need a beach towel to clean up the drips. Burgers are good. Just messy.“

The flowering trees, the almost topiary like quality to shrub pruning, the park like lawn, etc, all made my wait time actually enjoyable! I hope you can share with your landscaping company, as I am not one who routinely writes reviews of this nature. It was also so unexpected to see this oasis of beauty in the midst of shopping mall parking lots, and just urban concrete in all directions. Thank you again for this lovely space!“

“Such an amazing amount of options for all day hungers; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a wheat or white pita or even in a gluten free wrap. Vegan and vegetarian opinions, but also a variety for the meat carnivores. Also you can have it in a rice bowl or salad bowl. When done satisfying yourself with your meal, step next door to Yo Licious for a frozen yogurt and toppings. That makes for a happy tummy :)“

“While working a car wash, we stopped for lunch , spreading it out so we could keep the cars going. And it was hectic when we went for lunch, but the service was fast and the food good and there were very few mix ups. Thank you Wendy’s and thank you for letting us use your water and parking places to make this successful for Alzheimer’s.“

“We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.“

“Whatever happened to Hardee's? They call it Carls Jr here on the West Coast. The person I spoke to was so nice. Recommended something other than what I ordered to save me money. Thank you! It was edible but nothing great. Exactly as expected. I just needed calories and was in a hurry.“

“Mobile order pickup, staff was really nice, restaurant was very clean, mildly busy but everything was nice and quite.
The order was made quick and ready in no time, however the wrapper was a little messy due to then changing from whole lettuce to shredded lettuce. Sad face emoji“

“Ordered a large order on a super busy day (National Cheeseburger day). Employees were friendly and positive despite being so busy. Plus even though I did have a longer wait time than normal, everything came out hot and fresh - especially my fries!“

Absolutely can’t beat the Taco Trio meal ($11 for 3 tacos, bean/rice, and chips/salsa). This location blows Chipotle right out of the park. And the SALSA BAR!! 1000/10. Will be making this a staple.“

“It's a Carl's Jr, the food is just fine, but the staff here makes is great. Karina is often the employee I communicate with when I pick up my orders and she is so fantastic! She remembers me by name and remembers my order, to the point where if I forget to ask for something, she's able to rectify it before I know there's anything wrong. She is awesome and no matter what yall are currently paying her, I can promise you she deserves a raise.“

“Went today 10/1/25 at 11:15am and the girl working the front was so sweet and attentive. I brought my two young children which is always a little nerve racking bringing them into eating establishments and they made us feel so welcome. She brought them crayons and coloring sheets, a puzzle and even noticed when my son accidentally dropped his fries and brought him a new one. They went above and beyond!“

“This is by far the best McDonalds I've ever been to. I'm in this area twice a week and I get my breakfast here, using the mobile app. The staff here is courteous, kind, upbeat and just wonderful - no matter how busy they are(and they're pretty busy!!). This McDonald's location is a shining example of how ALL McDonald's locations should operate. I love going to this location!!!“

“Ricky the manager hooked it up! We had ordered on the mobile app and when we got there two of our items were unavailable. He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn't have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That's a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!“

“I've been going to the Subway in the Safeway parking lot off 162nd for the last few years and have been disappointed every single time, honestly I don't know why I keep going back. I finally drove the extra 2 minutes to this store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the FANTASTIC quality of the sandwiches and the crew at the store.

Must be a fluke, right? Just a good day?

I've been back several times since then and have had the same amazing experience every time, I've finally been able to convince my wife to eat subway again!

Not sure if it's a matter of a different franchise or if this store is owner/operater, but there is a night and day difference between the crew and product quality at this location and most of the others in Vancouver.
