Starbucks in Vancouver

“Easily one of the best Starbucks locations around. The furniture was upscale, the decor was tasteful, the barista was very friendly and the drink was made to perfection.

Although the furniture could've been arranged more efficiently the heft of the chairs and tables conveyed the quality. The only parking is on the street so depending on when you go you might have to walk a block or two.“

“I recommend this Starbucks as the staff are friendly and gave me tips on what to do in Vancouver Washington as I am not from here. I had been treated poorly the Starbucks at Commerce Center and walked the short distance to this one for worlds better service! Thank you for the great advice.“

“Omg! I have not had such good service at Starbucks since the pandemic started. I could see they were busy with people lined up outside in the drive through around the parkinglot, but when I went in, it was a calm haven with six staff members making drinks and taking orders like a well oiled machine!

And they had comfy chairs!

When I left a few minutes later (fast drink prep) the cars that I figured would still be waiting, weren't... seems they get their drive thru orders just as fast as in person!

“This is our neighborhood Starbucks when we visited Camas. The staff is very friendly and Sarah is always helpful. They have a very busy drive thru but the lobby is comfortable and usually has seats available. There's a nice little outside section in the spring and summer. Great service!

Parking: They have a shared lot with plenty of spaces. It can be busy.

“Not gonna lie, there have been occasional issues with my orders from time to time. Usually it’s the espresso missing, or I ordered something iced and received a hot drink. However, the customer service here is unmatched. I hate having to ask for a redo and usually avoid it because I know how overwhelming it can be in a busy environment, but I feel comfortable doing it here because they always handle it with care and make it right!“

“Always a quick visit to Starbucks and this was no exception. The order taker was friendly and correctly placed our orders. Shortly after placing the orders our drinks and sandwiches were ready. Each sandwich was flavorful and good. Our drinks were as expected, all had good flavor.“

“The barista that took my order was patient and kind when explaining a new product to me. Unfortunately, the Barista making my frozen beverage got tied up with a counter customer and did not have his colleague finish the drink. It was more melty than I would have preferred. To his credit he offered to remake the drink. I hate to waste so I did not take him up on his offer.“

“This is our local Starbucks. It's the easiest little location. They are always funny and kind, it is a pleasure going here. I love Anita, she knows us as soon as I order most days. “I made an online order, so on my lunch break I could stop to get a coffee. However when I came in my drink was made hot and not iced. After talking to one of the baristas, she remade my order and not only did it right but upgraded my drink and threw in a cake pop for the inconvenience. “There was a person singing loudly at the next table. I moved tables so I could try and concentrate on my paperwork but it was just too loud. The person appeared to be intoxicated or in their own little world for some reason but they were not asked to quiet down or leave.“

“The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly, and it’s conveniently located just a 4-minute detour from the highway. It stays open until 11:30 PM, which is perfect for late-night travelers. After a tiring day at the Cascade Shopping Mall, we sought coffee to help us through a 3-hour drive. This Starbucks is one of the few between Portland and Washington that stays open late and is easily accessible from the highway.“

“This Starbucks is right off of the highway, next to a grocery store, and sees a lot of traffic all day long. Yet the baristas are ALWAYS on top of things and keeping the pace quick and efficient! Even when there's plenty of people behind the counter, you can always pinpoint someone who is designated to clean and keep the store welcoming for customers. I can't think of many other places that keep cleanliness a top priority all day long. The new policy on refills and for-here cups was implemented at this store, and it's as if they've done this all along. I never see used cups piled up, and the condiment bar is ALWAYS stocked and clean. Near perfection!
The baristas are friendly and try to have conversations with customers, and genuinely show that they're interested. Even if a conversation gets a bit lengthy, there are other baristas who are quick to jump in to help the next customer and keep things moving so that customers don't get cut off during conversation. I feel appreciated as a customer and will absolutely make this store part of my normal routine.
Not to mention, the drinks are great!! These baristas know their stuff!

“I hope this is the right target, and I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience here many times! The barista who helped me yesterday was extremely kind and patient, and they even offered to remake my vanilla bean creme frappe another time because I had asked for oat milk, so it wasn’t the same consistency as with real milk. The frappe was super good ! And the barista exhibited exemplary customer service and offered a memorable experience. I unfortunately did not catch their name, but thank you for going above and beyond! I will be coming back again to this location as it is always a good experience ☺️“

“Took my two-year-old in there real quickly to get a latte after Fred Meyers. She liked the music and danced a little dance the whole time we were there. The people behind the counters clapped for her after a longer session. She was very upset when it was time to leave. They all very nicely said goodbye to her. I'd go back.“

“Usually the grocery store Starbucks locations aren't as good as the actual stand-alone stores, but this is one of the better ones I've been inside. The barista who helped me knew what she was doing and accommodated my "half-sweet" request for a vanilla latte easily. Their selection of pastries is also pretty decent.“

“I really find every employee at this location to be perfectly wonderful, but I can’t help but seem to notice the flavors of the drinks/syrup has been vastly reduced while the price for a Chai Tea has risen to $7.50 before tax. I am upset with the company, not with this location or any employees.
Starbucks continues to increase their profits and revenue while raising the prices in a poverty stricken economy. I doubt their store employees have seen a 20% raise in wages to match the 20% increase in price…“

The whole area was spotless. Overall just a great experience and I think people like them definitely deserve recognition for being superstars and representing the company well.“

“This was at the salmon creek location. Nice staff. I was exhausted. They may notice at least the seemed faster than most places & just as I ordered. I think I had 2 free refill. When I felt myself again cheated a bit. I am not a regular in fact last time l was there I was another brand also good but hard to beat StarBucks.“
