“I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner usually is the one who picks places because I’m bad at it and he was also incredibly impressed with me and my choice to try Urdaneta!“

“Fantastic chicken, possibly the best grilled chicken i’ve had. Extremely juicy and flavorful. Potatoes went very well with the sauces, you can choose two with the familia combo i got, but each additional sauce is 1$ each. Salad was a little bitter, but still went well with the meal. Definitely will come back here!!“
“First time in Portland and the Hyatt House was an excellent choice of hotel for me.The location by the River was relaxing, as well as, the well maintained pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, this hotel has it all, a nice hot breakfast, a Bar, a pool and is in a great location. Would stay again!“

“We were so lucky to come across this restaurant. First of all, the atmosphere and the decor was a lot of fun. Secondly, I know this shouldn’t be a major reason to go to a restaurant, however, it was very easy to find a parking spot and in downtown Portland, that is a plus. Most importantly, the menu is fantastic! There were so many vegan and vegetarian options on top of their normal menu that this will be a place that we will take friends and family moving forward as everybody can find something delicious to eat. Everything we tasted was spot on delicious. Finally, the service was very friendly and quick. To top it off, we noticed that we were double charged for our dessert. However, we had to take off to Keller Auditorium for a show and didn’t have time to say anything to the staff. We figured we would just eat it… No pun intended….oksy, maybe intended. However, sometime during the show, I got a notification that I was refunded for the double charge. It was such a nice surprise to know that the staff was able to catch it on their own and take care of it without us, even having to say anything.“

“This hands down is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland OR. It the same quality of other top spots in the US like Nobu , O-Ya , and Morimoto . The location is perfect located in the Pearl district. The chefs are high quality and the fish is extremely fresh. They have a great but simple flavor approach. The service is warm, helpful, and appreciative. I always ask for Joy as she is a true professional and loves providing an exceptional experience on every visit.“

“Cozy neighborhood vibes. Had to remind myself it is a bar. Kinda loud, but then again it is a bar. Scored low on service because there is zero table service. You have to keep getting up to order at the bar. Good burger and fries. Trout chips and dip was different but tasty. Overall good experience.“

“This was a really nice spot. It had a really good layout, a big bay door entry, clean, and a beautiful view of the walking bridge. The service was quick and prompt, and their plating was phenomenal. (FLOWERS ON MY PLATE, AND DRINK?! YESSSSS) The food wasn't as spicy as I was hoping. But they brought over spices to bring it up to my insane level of spice. Not enough spice is a me problem, not them. I will be coming back!“

“The atmosphere is AMAZING! 2nd time coming and truly a vibe. Both time staff has been wonderful! Remi and Jasmine were such great time and so knowledgeable as well. Didn’t get to try the food yet, so we definitely will be back for that🤍“

“Just, do it. Come here. The vinyl nights are quite incredible, really. Think Studio Gibli, 70's nightclub, sexy in a Sadé way. Finally the music is more demanding in it's cadence, in its decibel count, than the loud portland patrons next to you. You want to whisper into someone's ear. The vibe is very peanut butter, very amber glassware, very two-people-in-a-five-person-booth. Bartenders are masters of their craft, so ask them to lead you into an experience and prepare to be pleasently surprised. Always been a favorite, and continues to be. (I'm actually from Portland. Born and raised. Trust me.)“

Excellent Philippine food. Reasonable prices. The cook and helper Kent and Jason were very nice and greeted everyone with friendly smile.“

“Loved our dinner on the patio, the fried cauliflower, broccoli soup and fig and bacon pizza were delicious plus the drinks and dessert! The scissors to cut the pizza were a delightful bonus, I think I need a pair in my life now😄 Seriously, go try Firehouse.“

“First time walking through rather than past the door of R&R tonight, and what an absolute treat! Small, but well formed bar with a great drinks menu, and super friendly staff. Will check out the food next time (there will most definitely be a next time). The resident(?)/guest(?) DJ was on fire, and we could have so easily spent the rest of our evening enjoying the whole R&R vibe, had we not had dinner plans. A real NW treasure, and the new #1 in our local bar hit list.“

“My partner and I had one of the best impromptu dinners in Portland ever. I’m sorta confused by the rating on google maps. This place is truly a gem. I love the idea of sharing and having small plates so that you can try a bunch of different dishes. The star of our meal was the braised lamb. I also really enjoyed the potato onion gratin and the bread, butter, and fruity olive oil. The dark chocolate mousse was so heavenly, delicious, and so light and fluffy - it took the guilt out of us ordering dessert. Not that anyone should feel guilty having a sweet treat. Highly recommend if you want a bit of a fancier dinner in Kearns.“

“I rarely do reviews but Andina deserves all the praise. My husband and I went last night for the first time to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary and it was without a doubt one of the best meals we have ever had. Our server Jana was very attentive checking in consistently, and she made wonderful recommendations for our selections, we pretty much ordered exactly what she suggested and had no disappointments. We both had the Pisco Sour for cocktails which is a must have. For appetizers we had the Whipped Peruano Beans with Tabor Bread, the Char Siu Pork Ribs, and the Cebiche de Conchas. The flavors were all complimentary which we really appreciated. For entrees we went with the Lomo Saltado and the Summer Quinotto, and we got the Spinach Empanada and the Yuca Frita. All were so incredible, I wish I hadn't gotten so full so I could keep eating. We will definitely return so we can try more dishes and new items when the seasons change! We also chose to make our reservation for the Lounge and we really loved the ambiance in the Lounge with the live music and it felt a little more romantic in there as there were less tables than the main dining room.“

“This is a snazzy bar, located right off the lobby of the Aloft! The colorful LED lighting and pulsing music make it seem like a fun place to grab a drink, and maybe strike up a conversation with folks passing through Portland. Although we are locals who live quite close by, I could see my wife and I coming here to grab a cocktail some evening when the neighborhood dive bars are just not cutting it for us, and we're not feeling up to heading into downtown. Gonna have to come back and check it out sometime soon, but as far as ambiance goes, it looks like a winner!“

“We visited Can Font on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant is beautiful inside. The food was authentic Spanish food and offered many options. Everything we ordered was delicious: Paella negra, Patatas bravas, Beet salad, Grilled octopus and delicious desserts such as cheesecake, arroz con leche and chocolate cake. My only suggestion is that they widen their beer selection to include Spanish brands like Estrella de Galicia, Mahou, Ambar (to name a few). Lastly, the service was not as good, maybe because it was a busy night, but I feel they should have foreseen this and planned accordingly. Will definitely return.“
“I was looking for a spot to sit and chill for an hour or two at PDX close to my gate. Vino Volo was great, I think I had some kind of pesto ham/grilled cheese sandwich that was pretty tasty, and some very good wine. I wanted a private quieter spot so I chose one in the back corner of the place, which was great, but they had other comfier looking lounge chairs out near the front. They had a decent playlist of music that reminded me of some songs I haven't heard of in years and a few others I had to look up to add to my playlists. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Good spot to relax for a while in this corner of PDX!“

“I got airsickness post a long flight, so sick even water was hard for me for a while. This place's Phó Ga (chicken) is literally medicine for the soul, stomach and tastebuds. I cannot recommend them highly enough! p.s. uber eats does 50% off deals sometimes and you can get 2 "orders" (almost 4 meals worth) of phó delivered for under $40 including tip if youre on the vicinity and the quality is unparalleled to places I've been to in NY.“

“The burger here was unreal, cooked perfectly with melty cheese and crispy edges. We also split an order of Korean fried chicken, which was spicy and addictive. The restaurant had a casual vibe but felt polished at the same time. Service was quick even though the place was packed.“

“The food here is bangin'. The smoked highball slaps. The service is stellar, without the pretension of a Michelin star but with the really amazing food you would expect from one. Try the ribeye or the lamb and polenta. You're welcome.“

“The poutine was just OK. They need to add pocked 9 ions and pickled jalapenos as standard and allow you to take them off if you don't like them. Also, the best poutine I have had has braised beef or pulled pork or some sort of meat to balance all the flavors.
The beer was very good. I tried their reserve stuff and their bourbon barrel aged beer and they were pretty good - all of them.“

“Great beer selection, but poor service from weird/hipster bartenders. Walked past me and my empty glass 6 times before asking if I wanted another beer.“
