Everything about Vashon is local, historic and unique, Zamorana is a great addition to the diversity of charm and dining choices.”

“Solid Neapolitan Pizza, tried the Margherita (as anyone should for their first try at a pizza joint). Crust was light and fluffy with a light charr, flavor was solid, & no flop/solid undercarriage on each slice. Sauce & cheese were tasty and the whole pizza tasted very fresh!

Also tried their Moscow mule, with house made ginger beer: delicious!

“Beautiful space to spend time with family and enjoy fantastic wine! Their whites in the tasting were top notch "pearlescent" was 10/10. It was a magical experience and will definitely go back. There is one very bad part though - they only supply single ply toilet paper in their bathrooms, so thin you can see through it ? next time I go I am bringing my own personal roll”

“We Love Ruby Brink! Burger night—say no more…! The beef dip sandwich on the lunch menu is another favorite. We love eating here for so many reasons though. This isn’t a “high staff turnover” type restaurant where you’ll be greeted by stressed out workers plastered with fake smiles fighting over tables like you might be used you. This is a grown-up establishment with grown-up food and grown-up and experienced, competent and empowered staff and I appreciate how this dynamic expressed itself in terms of guest experience. When I say that the food is grown-up I mean that it is carefully selected and prepared from scratch and this means it does not taste like what other restaurants are doing, which often is buying bags of frozen soup and sauces from the chef supply store to keep costs down and to keep everything tasting exactly the same, every time. You will taste different things here and that might surprise you. Ready yourself for that and enjoy!”

“We moved off the island to the east coast almost 12 years ago and Pure was one of my favorite places to get clean, healthy delicious food. Used to walk miles with a toddler on my back. We sold our home to RV full time and one thing I was most excited about was eating here again.

I was so bummed to see it was a new restaurant until I checked the menu and saw the same Buddha bowls on the menu. I was even more overjoyed to see it’s still owned by Stephanie!

Everything was just as I remembered-absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend trying the sorghum! Please support this local business.

“Came across Pollard while Googling local, small coffee roasters, and I'm so happy I did! Definitely one of our favorite coffees, been getting Pollard for a while now and it has never disappointed 😄 We always get compliments back when we gift Pollard coffee and their customer service is awesome! Have fun with the custom blend option, it's a nice feature, especially when giving as a gift ☕”

“We were staying in Vashon and came in here for breakfast. This place was busy on a Sunday morning with just two women running the front area. Our waitress was really nice but she was running around non-stop doing everything. We had to flag her down a few times.

The dishes had good portions. I ordered the classic egg plate and the sausage patties were a bit too salty. My friend ordered the pancake plate and they loved it. Said it was really fluffy and delicious. Another friend ordered their omelet and that was huge too. He also enjoyed his meal.”

“Quaint restaurant in the heart of Vashon. Loved the atmosphere, food was excellent and the service was great! My 5 and 6 year old ate their entire meal which is rare and they were pleasantly entertained by the kids menu and crayons. Highly recommend!”
