Everything was authentic from Italy. The meats, sauce and bread ingredients were spectacular. The drinks were perfect. Lots of customized options. Very clean local produce. “We Love Ruby Brink! Burger night—say no more…! The beef dip sandwich on the lunch menu is another favorite. We love eating here for so many reasons though. This isn’t a “high staff turnover” type restaurant where you’ll be greeted by stressed out workers plastered with fake smiles fighting over tables like you might be used you. This is a grown-up establishment with grown-up food and grown-up and experienced, competent and empowered staff and I appreciate how this dynamic expressed itself in terms of guest experience. When I say that the food is grown-up I mean that it is carefully selected and prepared from scratch and this means it does not taste like what other restaurants are doing, which often is buying bags of frozen soup and sauces from the chef supply store to keep costs down and to keep everything tasting exactly the same, every time. You will taste different things here and that might surprise you. Ready yourself for that and enjoy!”

“Amazing wine and beautiful scenery! Our first time in Vashon and we decided to make a stop at Palouse which was an absolute pleasure. Wonderful host who was very attentive and had knowledgeable insight toward each wine that we tried. The flight is priced modestly and was certainly more than enough to have a chill time and enjoy the views from the back garden. Can’t wait to go back and visit!”

“Andrew Will makes some of the finest wines around. The winery iteself is beautifully tucked away in central Vashon. If you're coming for a visit, I'd suggest planning to do so in the late Spring or early Summer when the weather is more ideal. The owners are extremely nice and they are wonderful members of our community on Vashon. You can find their wines @ Thriftway!”

We had the bacon, and the veggie breakfast burrito. Lots of rice, not fully cooked. Only one slice of bacon, and not a very strong bacon flavor. Pretty bland. Would not do these again.”

“Visited here in September for the first time! Was absolutely delicious!!! Highly would recommend. Currently craving their grilled chicken teriyaki again 😍 Very spacious setting with a nice breeze during the Summer months with the garage open. Had a big selection of beers / wines to choose from as well. Street parking was a bit busy but to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to be back!”

“I came in a few minutes after they opened and I was greeted with smiles! My server, Lillian, was very nice and the fish & chips were probably some of the best I've ever had (super crunchy and the slaw is yummy!). Will definitely be visiting here again when I pop back over to the island next time.”
