It took a moment to learn how it works: there's a large refrigerated case with shelves of menu items packaged to go, which can be heated and served to your table, an unusual approach, but one that worked well. There is a large selection of teas and other packaged food items, and the teacups are beautiful and varied. It was easy to select from plentiful vegan options. We had kichree and tofu curry, along with Beyond momos, which were amazing. The three chutneys were greasy and delicious, served in their squeeze bottles.“

I love when they had a blueberry pancake with maple topping I miss it so much and hope it comes back, but I loved their fall cookies. The pumpkin maples was very molasses-y and the caramel apple snickerdoodle was SO GOOD it was such an amazing flavor and so chewy!!! The stuffed apple cookie was amazing as well, I can’t wait to come back!!!!

The owner has a huge temper. There were times he refused to come out of the office and talk to customers Last I knew it's illegal to fire some one for diagnosed mental health issues. “Best Mexican bread in the area. They have really cute conchitas to order for party’s, weddings and holiday events. They are great for party favors and super delicious. Every time I’m in the area I make it a point to visit. The prices are also very reasonable and inexpensive. The bread is an authentic taste of Mexico.

I RAN to this little shop to grab obe for my husband as it was his birthday and his all time favorite pie is strawberry rhubarb! every year instead of a cake i bake him this delicious pie. so when I heard about this cookie and how good it was, I was running. when I arrived there was only 1 left, and this lovely couple in front of me, who picked it out for themselves, heard my gasp, and asked if I wanted it! I happily paid for a scrumptious looking key lime cookie for them and got my gift for my husband. it was DELICIOUS!!!! The cinnamon sugar outside with a great crumble to chewy consistency with the perfect strawberry rhubarb stuffing was out of this world good! such a cute little spot right by the old rainier building in seattle. highly recommend to all my friends next time they are in the area! “I have seen the light, and it is deep-fried. Nestled in Burien’s downtown, this unassuming donut sanctuary has been serving up sugary enlightenment for over two decades.  The counter guy—friendly and efficient, like he’s got a sixth sense for sugar-deprived souls—hands over a box that should probably come with a warning label.

It is European style desserts so they aren’t overly sugary and thick, which I personally prefer since you are able to taste the flavors rather than just the sugar. No matter what you get, it will always feel light and fluffy and not too dense!My go-to has been their pear tart! It has such a good texture and spice in it and their cakes are also good! Definitely recommend this place or their stalls at the Farmer’s Markets in Ballard or Cap Hill!!“

The baristas who have served me have been very nice. I live in the CD and love to meet friends who live in West Seattle at Uptown Espresso. My go-to beverage is a Chocolate Americano. It was delicious! I asked the baristas what type of chocolate they use and it's a dark chocolate from France. Can't recall the name, but it add richness and depth to the taste of their already delicious coffee. ☕“
