“First, my order was mixed up with the car that was in front of me. They got my order & I was 'about to' get theirs.
Second, my chicken nuggets were not fresh. They looked & tasted like they were from the day before.“

“This is a gem of a coffee stand that I never knew existed until now! Holy bonkers I can honestly say that they offer the BEST bacon breakfast burrito out of all the others Ive had around town. It was delicious! I also had a very tasty caramel americano. Will be back whenever I am in the area again! Barista was very kind and the in shop atmosphere was cozy and calming!“

“Absolutely love this place. Great prices, friendly staff and good food. They started getting breakfast burritos from De Leons which are so good and huge. They also don't complain or give me dirty looks when I ask for easy ice and one of the staff members actually told me that their philosophy is to not give you a ton of ice so you can actually get a decent amount of the actual drink you paid for. They have a punch card system as well that you can do to earn free drinks. This is definitely my go to place on this side of town.“

“I love this place, I wouldn't go anywhere else! My drinks are always perfect and Blake is my fav worker, he's so fun and personable. The whole crew is amazing. The service is super fast every time.“

“There are so many bakeries and coffee shops out there—but this one is one in a million. From the second we walked in, the barista (Christine) greeted us with a big smile and was so friendly. It felt almost like meeting an old friend who was really excited to see you again. There are tons of fresh baked goods the owners make themselves (wow!) and the coffee is roasted by the owners too. There’s also tons of seating. We got bagels and Christine whipped them up quickly for us, while simultaneously taking care of other customers’ orders and greeting people in line and taking their orders. We were there for an hour and the place was hopping. She was so cheerful and caring towards each customer that came in—even the rude and demanding ones (which isn’t easy!). This is a great place with good coffee and plenty of delicious baked goods—but experiencing this outstanding customer service makes it shine above all the others. We’d love to stop by again next time we’re out here! Christine, you should win an award for most cheerful barista in Washington state!“

Update: months later, this is still my go-to. The only thing that's really changed is that the Bro-istas know me at this point. I love the coffee, location and the people. Can't stop won't stop!

Dietary restrictions: They have tons of sugar free options. They are a bastion of hope for sugar free enjoyers, as everyone else seems to only have sugar free vanilla anymore!

Parking: I seem to see a parking spot every time I go here but I feel like it's for staff. Though parking isn't really the point of Dutch Bros!

“Second time visiting this location. first time they yet to have an coffee alternative but this trip i got a sour berry Madhatter and it was great. It took a bit longer to get through the line, but well, it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and talkative. I look forward to future visits“

“We love that the staff come out and take your order on their remote devices, so by the time you get to the window you're drinks are almost always ready. We don't love that they usually have music blaring so loud it's very hard to hear what the barista is saying/asking, especially since one of us is hard of hearing. Their app makes it easy to order & rack up rewards. The place always has a line of cars, their coffee is good!“
