“Best taqueria in town hands down. Food is always fresh, flavorful, great portions size for the price, And amazing friendly owners. Next time you're craving Mexican, do yourself a favor and come on down to the Fairview food plaza and get food at El Toro Birrieria.“
“The tacos are amazing. I ordered asada, pollo , lengua and tripe tacos. The lengua were my favorite but all of them were amazing. i had some green and red sauce on the side and normally I don't like the red sauce much and prefer the green but the red sauce has the perfect heat and it's slightly smoky with good flavor. As long as they keep this quality I won't go anywhere else for a taco again.“
“They have good food, but they need to cut back on the onions in their Salsa. Have always loved getting their chips and salsa for gatherings. Great chips, but like I said they need to cut back on the onions and add more tomatoes.Parking: Need to get there early to get parking, hard to find on the weekends“
“This is one of the best in the area we have found so far. we have been on the hunt. We do taco Saturdays for our lunch date every week. Since our weeks are so busy its becoming our thing to try out taco places in the area. The Tijuana taco OMG ?? my husband and I nibled on the meat that fell outside the taco and my eyes got big, he says what... and I about fell over lol it was that good... and the shrimp tacos are wow amazing. we had the taco trio came with fried fish taco fried shrimp taco and grilled shrimp taco your going to need extra lime if your like me.. Carnitas are on the spot, also good. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed here. Chips and salsa were good to, not a chunky salsa but absolutely worth the try and has good heat to it like salsa should..So small story we have a fave place in Oceanside California we discovered a few years back near camp pendleton that makes the hands down best tacos ever and I mean ever.. its called sanchos, they only have them down there, and ita such a sad thing... and this is the closest thing my husband and I have found so far that even hold a candle to it is here. also we have a tamale lady at the mall that if your looking for a really good tamale, unfortunate they are in the corner in the food court and another hidden gem. but we get one of each special with everything on it and oh man mouth watering good.we have tried many other taco places and they were goodish/okayish or very sub par... just didnt have that spark...but none come this close. for any negative reviews... Im sorry but please find out for yourself, not sure what happened that day they came in I feel like these are fake after going or the people own a restaurant/taco place and are giving bad reviews on purpose, if you dont like this place you dont know what good tacos are period... sorry. If yourbin Portland gresham burrito have pretty good tacos too, but these guys just do something special. Don't ever loose that cook... ever lolget that Tijuana taco if your first time in the large 6 inch taco and if you like shrimp oh man, the shrimp are huge,oh man hats off to these guys. I really want to try their other tacos over time now... I can't say enough great things I will be coming here at least once or twice a week. since they are not far from our house that makes it even better. we finally found our go to taco place that far exceeds others. I have been wanting to try this place for aome time now... last week we came by but were closed for break, so we went to woodys tacos across town... they were just okay... was kinda disappointed, no offense to them... now the fried zucchini appetizer was prob the best thing we had on the menu add a little lime and dip in lime crema and oh man excellent and... wallah.. the I was on a break thing is kinda of a turn off... last weekend... but all is forgiven now that I came back and ate there with my husband and went out of my way to write this very long review.people who complain about loud music obviously havnt been to many authentic taco places or so cal or vegas or mexico lol or people complaining about one waiter come on these are tough times for everyone... seriously that doesn't deserve 1, 2 or 3 stars. I kinda feel like some people already have it in there head they are going to make this a negative experience, please don't do that here and ruin it for others and give false information. They don't deserve it. I usually don't write long reviews but a fish named taco is something exceptional to talk about. There is something special here. Very simple, very feng shuai, straight to the point clean atmosphere, I also enjoyed the music I'm only going to recommend what we tried I'm sure everything else is just as great, get that Tijuana taco though ? ???????“
“This is my go to place for Mexican food. Everything is super delicious. The shredded chicken is the only thing I don't recommend. We are a big fan of their 1 dollar bean and cheese burritos. And also their breakfast burritos. With our breakfast burritos we sub out the potatoes for their beans. Que Bueno!“
“Recommend. This is a solid 8 out of 10 on my personal taco scale. That may not seem like much, but at the tip top is a stand the sets up at the Gresham farmers market --they use maseca (masa harina) right there on the grill -- and Uly's at a close second for their incredible sauces (although they recently closed down, RIP);... So, its a data-based criteria, ok?These three brothers make some good sauces too, and if they did a fresh tortilla that might do some justice to the taco fillings.“
“Doesn't look like much when you pass by but we stopped in for a quick appetizer while we waited for our table at Eventide. The queso and guacamole were both good sized portions and delicious. The tacos were fresh and full of flavor. They have additional seating upstairs. We weren't expecting much but the guacamole and queso exceeded our expectations.“
“They have the best tacos here . tacos and meat are always good and juicy . You wont regret buying food from here. They have the best pineapple water ? . I always come here when it comes to buying tacos because they aren't dry or old!! They cook very fast too .“
“The food is always delicious and filling. Very family friendly and the staff is incredibly kind and prompt. Samuel is our regular server and we absolutely love him and always look forward to seeing his smiling face. Ramon was a new face tonight and was also great.“
“Love love love all of the dishes!! There is so much flavor in everything! They have a different take on mexican dishes that work very well together. The burritos are HUGE!! The nachos are amazing. They have quite a few TVs throughout as well with various sports ball games on. The staff is very friendly too! Great place for amazing food!“
“Amazing place I can't believe it's not on yelp before now. Been voted in the top of Portlands best food cart. Made to order Horne made tortillas, real cabeza, I just can't say enough about how authentic this place is you won't be disappointed“
“This food truck is nestled at the corner of highway 99 and 99th Street. It is close to where I live, and on the way back from work. I was excited when it first opened. I was craving some good Mexican food since I lived in the southwest a few years, but options are limited in Vancouver. The first day it opened, it was bustling. Since then, the crowd has died down to some degree, but there is usually a steady stream of people there. I went with a couple friends and I think my dish was the best. I got the sample taco platter, and although I am bad at discerning each individual meat and flavor, all of them were excellent. They were all well seasoned, with garnishes. My other friends got the birria ramen, which I heard was decent in terms of flavors. The loaded fries were also decent. Another friend got one of the burritos, and she was okay with the meal. Definitely, the sampler platter is a good first go to. The ramen was an interesting novelty item, but honestly you may as well get the full taco experience instead. The tacos shells are also fried and/or had some toasted cheese on the outside, which added a good crunch and flavor nuance.“
“Speak clearly in the drive up speaker, and repeat your order because a mistake will occur unless you speak spanish. But the food is good, i think it's better than the big box foods. Authentic mexican taste, flavors. It's worth the price to go.“
“This place has always been good. Ever since places were closed down, they have been all over the place on hours. They are open and thw closed. It hard to figure out if they are open or closed. The hours are all over the place. I guess maybe it's hard to find help. They are friendly but always bew people. Maybe they need bew owners or management.“
