“Ordered 3 of the Thanksgiving subs with double meat and the gravy to go, got home and no gravy no double meat. Called and complained they offered to remake the subs but I didn’t need 3 extra subs, asked about a partial refund but they would have needed the card on site, so I figured if I had to go back either way I just asked if I could get the rest of the meat. No problem went and picked it up and was offered a soda for free, got home and they didn’t just make up the difference in the amount of meat, they sent 3 cookies and double meat, so we ended up with triple meat. They didn’t just make it right, they went above and beyond. Thank you Firehouse Subs West Richland!“

“There is nothing really special about the burgers and fries. They are both very basic. The attraction comes from being able to customize your burger with at many condiments as you like, and getting a plethora of fries with your order. Oh and all the peanuts you can eat while you wait for your order.“

“They made my son the exact concoction he asked for, even though it wasn't on their menu. He was a very happy customer. This store is always staffed by friendly employees. They tend to be generous by providing water for free in the summer time. I love their fry sauce. The chicken basket is also very tempting. I have good memories of Dairy Queen since I was a kid, and have enjoyed the experience at every location. When I lived out of state, they didn't have DQ. It's nice to be back, for the DQ especially.“

“Me and my friend and her daughter came in the other night for a sweet treat. Izy had taken our order and was the absolute sweetest. She made the experience so special with my friends daughter. She had a conversation with my friends daughter and even held up the card reader so she could “pay”. 10/10 would recommend this Dairy Queen!!“

“I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time the other day, and I was seriously impressed! The food was delicious, and the service was even better. Tavin, our cashier, was so kind and welcoming—it really made the experience stand out.

We accidentally got the wrong kind of chips with our order, and when I went to exchange them, they told me to keep both bags. That level of generosity and customer service definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! He was also pretty indesicive when choosing his food and the gentleman that helped us let him try a couple samples to narrow it down. All in all, great experience 10/10. We will be back for sure! “I am a mother of 4 young children from Texas, I am traveling across the country, and was driving through this town, on my way to Oregon. We stop in, first thing I notice is how clean the place is… the dining area and the restrooms. We go up to order and I believe Carlos was our cashier, he was polite and answered a menu question I had. At the end of the transaction he walked all the way around the counter, squatted down and gave my 2 year old a high five. It was truly endearing and not something I expected him to take his time to do. He completely made my littles girl’s day as she had the biggest smile. Then as I was filling my drinks, another employee named Jeremy walked over and asked if I’d like him to push some tables together to make it easier for my children and myself to all sit together. I’ve never had an employee at a fast food restaurant ask me that. He then offered to carry my tray to my table so I could keep ahold of both of my toddlers hands. It was simple kindness, but not something I am not used to in these situations. He later came by and checked on us to see if we needed anything and in conversation recommended a place for me to stop on my travels. The hospitality I received here was superior to any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. I hope their bosses recognize them and know they must make many feel welcome at their location. And also know, while this mom is traveling without her husband (he’s in the Army and currently out of country) that having these employees not only help a mother juggle 4 children, but make my kids smile, means so much! Thank you Arby’s!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate is terrible.“

Sandwich was pretty good, bacon and turkey were perfect, bread was a little dry and overbaked, root bear was great, plenty of napkins and such. I think $38 for 2 sandwiches was too much“

“Kind of exactly what you expect in an express fast food franchise. A big plus was that the Long John's side isn't as popular as the Taco Bell side, so my order was cooked while I waited. Fish was perfect, but the fries were definitely lack-luster at best. Will skip next time and do extra hushpuppies because those hushpuppies were straight up sublime. I'm a Georgia boy, and I know hushpuppies. Could not believe they came from a Long John's express. The young man who waited on me, I believe it was Nate (Nathaniel), was extremely polite and helpful. Even my wife, who does not eat fish, was pleased with the fish and hushpuppies, but agreed the fries were too "cardboard" like. We will be doing the fish and hushpuppies on a regular basis. Really nice break from burgers and chicken.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

“This McDonald's is always nice and clean, pretty fast, and I would say consistently puts out orders that are correct and high quality. Drive through never seems to pile up, counter inside has a quick response time for someone to come order if you want to order at a person, and there's always plenty of seating.“
