We saw it from across the street and were so excited that white salmon finally got an ice cream shop! We were finally able to make it in and it did not disappoint got two thumbs up from my three little girls!!!

Cool Beans Espresso & Ice Cream is a cute little spot located between Gander & Goose Cocktails and Goodfellows Tonsorial Parlor. The staff is terrific and the Oregon Strawberry ice cream is wonderful, especially on a sugar cone. The vintage feel of the shoppe adds to the experience, making it a must-visit in downtown White Salmon.
