50 Best Italian Restaurants near Brookfield

“Was in Brookfield visiting my cousin, and at his recommendation dined at Vino Cappuccino. It is easy to see why he dines there twice per week. They offered a very broad selection of delicious food. The chicken parmesan was perfect, as was the pizza and shrimp appetizer. And don't forget the Tiramisu!“

“We often dine at Olive Garden. We have always enjoyed the food and service. Today was somewhat disappointing. It was raining pretty hard outside and as I entered the foyer of course there is going to be a wet floor, I slipped and almost fell. Luckily I caught myself. Three hostesses look and never tried to help or ask me if I was okay. On that note they never even greeted us as they were too busy talking. I said maybe someone should wipe up the water on the floor or move the mats closer to the door. No response. When we were being seated I saw a manager and mentioned it to him. He was also very disinterested, also. I hope nobody falls, especially the few older people with canes and walkers who were dining. Thank goodness for our server Jason who made our dining experience very enjoyable. VERY disappointed with the rest of your staff!!!“

“One of the best pizzas and garlic bread I’ve had. Excellent“

“my husband and I went there tonight for his birthday. the food was really good but I want to brag about Robert our server. He is the best server I have experienced in a long time. we never once had to flag him down to refill our soda. If we blinked we would miss him putting a fresh basket of bread out for us. Our empty plates never sat on our table for long before Robert walked by and swooped them up. kudos to Bravo! for hiring Robert. I would definitely come back if I was guaranteed him as my server. Robert thanks you so much for the excellent service you provided, and I hope we left you a great tip, you truly deserve it“

“Great for feeding the volleyball team! Pasta with meatballs and Rosati’s throws in a delicious cold crisp salad and breadsticks. Warm & helpful service ordering and picking up! Highly recommend. We’ll be ordering again soon!“

“Fried zucchini and steaks are very good so is the spaghetti very friendly people“

“Our third time and the anniversary couple's first time (55 years!) and we were all thoroughly impressed! The food is so authentic - better than any dish we had when we visited Italy! Made with love and fresh ingredients, served by staff who care, and presentation and waitstaff well worth the price. This is not inexpensive, but for any meal with ambiance, and never disappointing, I recommend it highly. Five star everything. We cannot say enough. Thank you for contributing a wonderful Italian option in Tosa area.“

“everyone there is always very friendly. we love eating there“

“Staff was very attentive. Food was fantastic. My only complaint is the price, but you certainly get plenty of food for what you pay.“

“Cannot say enough about the food, the staff and the ambiance. Whether it is pregame, post-game, special night out, day drinking and dining or late night cocktails and dinner after a late flight this place never, ever disappoints. Its been that way for years and hope it never changes.“

“As a patron of Caterina's Ristorante and having traveled the world and enjoyed many different cuisines, the taste of Italy's cuisine at Caterina's is a true epicurean experience along with a service level that is as good as it gets, in my humble opinion it is as good as it gets. The value, the portions, the attentiveness, the cocktails are superb, and 2nd to none. Whatever the occasion is, you and your guest will encounter a dining experience that is memorable, and quite tasteful.“

“Excellent meal! So happy we tried this cute place! Highly recommend!“

“There is nothing that I did not like about tonight's experience. The atmosphere was lovely. The service was fantastic and friendly. The food was delicious. The wine was divine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cheesy garlic bread 👍Salad was fresh and tasty. Generous portion. Steak speidini with angel hair pasta was perfect. TIRAMISU was one of the best I can remember. GRAZIE 🇮🇹“

“delicious food, large portions, friendly staff“

“One of Milwaukee’s better pizzas but the coldest dining room of all! I give the pizza an 8. Pizza flops, crust could be stiffer.“

“Great place for dinner. Food delicious!!!!“

“This is our favorite Fish Fry in the area! (And we've tried a lot of fish fry's :) The Pizza is also really good! We love their thin, crispy, crust! The wait staff has always been friendly and hard working. It's hard to beat Pepino's.“

“Absolutely fantastic. I ordered on a whim , en route home from work. I never heard of the place before , but it slapped harder than nonna with a hot spoon. The food was ready before the pick up time. And it was phenomenal. Would smash again. Definitely. 🤌🏻🤌🏻“

“Great discovery of a great pizza place!“

“Worked at Armelis many many years ago. Had a craving for it tonight and it’s exactly how I remember it from 15+ years ago! My husband had it for the first time and said “WHY HAVENT WE ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE?!” So we will definitely be ordering again!“

“Had a lovely dinner. Service and food were excellent and the 3 for $35 is a great value. We enjoyed our evening“

“Great food. Wonderful Friday night fish fry. Very friendly and efficient man at the host desk. True vintage atmosphere. Servers all run around and are all very unorganized. Our server only had one pen on her. I'm sorry but that's part of the uniform that is extremely unprofessional no matter how old you are. They are all older experienced servers so there was no exception for this. She hovered over our table waiting for us to sign and return her Pen. They do not do separate checks.. The bus boy was absolutely amazing. Everything was fabulous but the servers need to step it up.“

“Nice little spot with good service and great food!“

“Mind you we haven’t been seated yet when I’m writing this, we were waiting for our table from our reservation, and worker Nick gave us a complementary breadstick when we asked because we are super hungry while we were waiting.“

“Most awesome pizza ever they have the best Italian sausage on the pizza. The cheesy bread is also great. Their wings are good. Their pepperoni pizza is awesome. Customer service and staff are really really nice. No complaints at all if you have trouble getting through there a small place for pick up and delivery in carry out so just keep trying they’re worth every second..“

“Best around baked mostacolli“

“We got our 1st pizza from Cataro’s Pizza last night at 11:15pm after seeing the band Without Annette at Da Bar nearby. We were hungry so we searched pizza open late near me. That’s how we found this amazing pizza. The owner had closed the dining room early because business has been so slow but he offered to make us one to go. It was so good! I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This is our favorite pizza in Milwaukee. The crust is great and they don't skimp on toppings. Lots of cheese too!“

“This is such a cute hole in the wall!! The workers here are all awesome and nice. We got the whole place to ourselves and the kids enjoyed every second. This is all of these picky eaters new favorite pizza…… that says all ya need to know! THANK YOU GROTTOOO!!!“

“We have been ordering from Di Stefano's for about 9 year's now since we moved to Milwaukee and wanted to try a new pizza place. Since our very first order we were hooked, BEST Pizza we have ever had hands down! The sauce is amazing and the cheesy garlic bread is fantastic. My kid's beg for "the good pizza" and we are frequent delivery customers. You won't regret it!“

“This my husband’s and my go to restaurant. Never disappointed. Best meatballs, sauce, pasta, antipasto EVER. And I adore the house wine. Live them“

“I had such a great time here! 😊 My waitress was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, and she made sure everything I needed was taken care of right on time. My son and I really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful experience together. 👨‍👦❤ The service was excellent, the atmosphere was nice, and we felt very welcomed. We’ll definitely be coming back again! ⭐🍽“

“My partner brought home a pizza last evening from Lalli's. It's the 1st time I ever had pizza from this place. He said the service was excellent when ordering it and picking it up. Our pizza was delicious and they were generous with the toppings, which i appreciate, instead of being skimpy. My only concern after comparing the receipt to the take home menu was that it appeared they might've charged him for 5 toppings instead of the 4 we ordered.“

“Great restaurant with reasonable prices! Great place to feed a family on a budget. The service and food are always good. They definitely go out of their way to take care of every customer. They easily seat larger families. Tables are always very clean and food comes out effectively.“

“Fantastic pizza - always - hot, delicious, done the way you like it - near the 'hood' and on-time - small place - but thin crust is on FIRE!!!!!! Awesome - recommended highly by those that tried it - many times.“

“We ordered pizza today for delivery. It was fabulous. Definitely will order again.“

“This is now the 2nd time I have gotten a Pizza from Marco’s. In my opinion, because competition is so abundant. The people make the difference, not the food.
The employee (male with a wrist brace) shared with me his love for making great tasting pizza.

THATS the difference maker!

I like ordering food from a restaurant the employees ACTUALLY enjoy & like working at.“

“Last opening day today. Sad to see it close.“

“When it comes to mall food courts and there's a pizza venue, it's usually Villa or Sbarro which are practically identical. Both are 2 of the most common in major shopping centers and nearly taste the same.

If you arrive at the mall with an empty stomach or have just been scaling the entire mall in & out of various stores and suddenly realize you're craving food, the foodcourt has a few options and Villa is available at this one.

Just like any location out there, there's gonna be mixed reviews typically over the quality of food and the service. Unless you're observing what's behind the counter and glass, the general dining area itself would be included with the atmosphere.

So when it comes to getting some good-tasting food that still may not be worth the high prices for many, it's basically a matter of timing when buying a pizza slice or stromboli when they first come out.

When anything has been sitting for a while and gets reheated for a minute or 2 in the oven, not gonna be as tasty compared to when it first came out. If you're lucky and do get a fresh slice or 2 with an empty stomach, sometimes that's the greatest pizza ever.

Customer service is usually about the same wherever you go. Especially when it's a Saturday or holiday sale weekend, you're always gonna see that employee standing to attention waiting to make that sale, otherwise the service has never been that bad for me.

With the climbing prices every year since the COVID crisis came and went, the unnecessary inflation and minimum wage hike; definitely one of many businesses with high-priced grub for the taste but then again I can only imagine what the rent costs for being in a busy mall.“

“Even though the Pewaukee location is closer to my house, I order from the Menomonee Falls restaurant because the food and service I much much beter.“

“I have a habit of coming here with or without watching a movie and every time I have a good experience. The atmosphere with the music in the background, the kind servers, and the food more specifically the burgers. The only real complaint is that the wait time can sometimes be a little long but it is usually worth it in my opinion.“

“Always great service and pizza!! Dough nuggets I had last time were amazing too! We tried the pasta tonight and it was delicious but a little disappointed with only half an Italian sausage link being an order size for $2. The noodle to meat ratio is definitely off so make sure you order double meat if ordering create your own pasta. Very tasty though!! My boyfriend had the lasagna and said he would definitely order again. Hands down best pizza in the area that we’ve found. 😊“

“I went in person to order my pizza because i was near by. Pizza only took like 15min to be ready. But their entrance, floor and carpet and ordering area is dirty. Filled with grease and flour. Young boys at the front are very nice and polite.“

“Very very good sausage pizza! Like the sausage I remember as a kid, lol. The sauce is delicious and the pizza is always hot and fresh!! Even the next day, I can eat a cold slice of pizza for breakfast! Must try them if you haven't already.“
