“Best Popeyes food I've had, period! The cooks took pride in their cooking and it showed. Chicken was crispy and oh so juicy!!
The young lady behind the counter on the other hand, could learn better customer service. I might just be old school but I believe in greeting customers, taking their orders, asking them if there's anything else they'd want, and giving them their total. Not 1 word came out of this young womans mouth. It makes for an uncomfortable interaction. The eye rolls didn't help much either.
Other than that .... great place, fantastic fried chicken and sides.“

“Kyle, who took our order, was very kind and so pleasant. He gave us plenty of time to decide on our order and had a lot of patience. My thought was that he really enjoyed his job. Then after talking to Kyle, we realized he was the actual owner and I highly recommend you go see him. He deserves the business as a caring, respectful business owner. We were both stuffed.
If you need a gyro fix and don't want to go uptown in Madison you shouldn't compare.
Ethnically speaking, the sauce isn't as good here but otherwise it's the same.
Take it home to enjoy.
There isn't much of a dine in place and you may be subject to an overactive youngster being quite inappropriate here.
Plus, $3 20 oz sodas are ridiculous.“

They forgot to give us chocolate milk for my daughter, but as soon as we let them know, an employee very quickly brought us one and apologized for the inconvenience. There were plenty of clean tables to choose from and the bathroom was clean, despite how busy they were.“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .
Having not been there for a while I had no idea what I should try . I chose the Nacho Grande . I
The Nachos were as good as any restaurant I had been to . It really hit the spot . Definitely a Great Value .“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. I usually get a cup but the smell of freshly made waffle cones was too tempting! I don't usually get vanilla but I'm glad I did this time. We went inside only to use the bathroom; the dining room is cute.“

“I wanted to recognize Will for great customer service. When I went through the drive-thru, he accidentally forgot to hand me my ice cream cone at the payment window. Instead of waiting until my food was ready or hoping I wouldn't notice, he actually ran outside to bring me my cone while I was waiting.
As he handed it to me, he noticed it had started dripping. He immediately ran back inside, grabbed some napkins, and then ran back out to make sure I had them before I left. It was such a small gesture, but it really stood out to me. He could have easily handed me the cone and walked away, but he took the extra step to make sure I wasn't stuck with a melting, messy ice cream cone. Thanks, Will!“

“The employees were all super nice, tables and seats are clean and comfortable. Our food was nice and hot and had exquisite quality and fries were crispy and hot. The music playing in the restaurant gives it a great vibe. Me and my friends all loved it as you can see my friend holding a fry in the picture very happily. I’m surprised this Popeyes doesn’t have better ratings.“

“Best drive thru service I have ever had! The food was hot, fresh, and appeared as it did on the actual menu. This Burger King is by far the best one I have been to... I used to work for Burger King in Jefferson County back during college. I think the few Burger Kings that are left in Wisconsin could really learn something from this particular location.“

“Great classic Wisconsin custard stand food made fresh. Very consistent from location ro location. We like curdside delivery. Just pull into one of the labeled parking spots, download and order from the app, and in a few minutes they march the food right out to your car.“

“My first time at a Qdoba, and I was greeted politely by the first employee who was busy. Then, the other young man behind the counter was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and patient with me. The food was insanely good - I eat fast food literally once or twice a year and I am sold on Qdoba! Both because of the excellent service and the delicious food!“

“The food is always good here. What I find quite curious is portions are often different depending on who the cook is. Once I had gotten a slider and gyro and it was just enough. This time I ordered two gyros and they were nearly double the size of the last time and I was able to cut the second one in half with a knife and share it.
The Staff is always friendly and often with fast food that can be a real chore for some. Definitely give this location a couple tries.
Their only fault is they often don’t have ALL the meats, this location doesn’t have burgers. I can imagine if they did they would excell beyond their competitors burgers!

I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

I was also planning on buying a drink and she finished the transaction without a single word spoken to me. I cant give it a bad rating because the rest of the staff was nice and the food is great. “I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

“Pizza is good as all food goes, and the service is really good. I ordered a pizza and it showed up in around 15 minutes. Always a great option for a party. The desserts are to die for, and they always are concistant with their orders bringing the food in good shape. The staff is kind, and they apologize if they run late. I usually pick this option for convenience and comfort. Nobody outpizzas the hut, and they are true.“

“I filled out a post-order survey when they sent it. In the survey, I simply mentioned that the pizza I got wasn’t my favorite. They reached out and gave me a credit of the amount of the pizza that wasn’t my favorite. And to be clear - it was good pizza still. But with the credit, I got to place an order for other pizza. Which was my favorite. Good work, Pizza Hut. Thanks for the great customer service and delicious personal pan pizzas!“
