So fast I was apologizing for receiving the wrong item haha!

“We dined at 12:30 on a Friday and we were shocked that the parking lot was basically empty. We had the smoking jalapeno chicken sandwich and burger. The burger was great but the chicken sandwich was one of the best we've ever had. We made it a combo and got the potato wedges. They were the best we've had. We got an order of curds and again they were among the best we've had. We will be back the next time we are in Madison.“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“Best drive thru service I have ever had! The food was hot, fresh, and appeared as it did on the actual menu. This Burger King is by far the best one I have been to... I used to work for Burger King in Jefferson County back during college. I think the few Burger Kings that are left in Wisconsin could really learn something from this particular location.“

“I had just got off work & stopped by Culver’s on my way home to get something to-go. I was putting stuff away in my backpack & Lynette was incredibly nice & told me I could’ve did that on the counter instead of the floor. I was about to leave without a frozen custard, but she reminded me & offered to make me one fresh rather than me getting it out the freezer since she said they’ve been there from the time she made them at 9am. Also to mention I have never seen a Culver’s until now with TV pricing/images instead of Paper, cool addition but also was confusing at first.“

“Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

He brought my food out and then went the extra mile by double-checking whether I had barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders because he remembered he didn’t see anyone put it in the bag. “I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Qdoba Mexican Eats on East Towne Boulevard in Madison, Wisconsin. I normally buy food here and the staff are always very friendly, but I especially want to give a big thank you to Victor.

I came in to buy food, and when I went back to my car, it wouldn’t start. I went back inside to see if someone could help me jump-start it. Victor kindly came out to help, but the car still wouldn’t start.

Even though he was on his break, he was kind enough to drive me in his own car to the nearest O’Reilly Auto Parts so I could get a new battery, and he even helped me install it.

Victor is an amazing person, very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and I’m very grateful. Thank you again, Victor, for your kindness and for going out of your way to help me.“
