“Love the spicy chicken. Let me say that again, love the spicy hand breaded chicken. No matter what Popeyes I visit they all seem to have the same issue with taking and serving the orders. Their system is broken somewhere? A little expensive for chicken too.“

“We did drive through so not sure what the inside looks like. The service was excellent. The attendant was very patient and helpful with my daughter. We ordered the chicken nuggets. They were so fresh, so hot. Very delicious! I don't do fast food typically as it is so expensive. At the price I might as well fine dine. But if I do again it'll be here. The nuggets were big pieces of real meat. Crisp. Impressive definitely. Well done.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“We stopped at this Madison WI Culvers on our way to Rockford today and our 16mo made friends walking around the restaurant after we ate. The manager was so nice to her, gave her 2 stuffies and meal cards for our next stop through! Thanks, Ana! We'll see you again in a few weeks. :)“

“I am not happy today. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich. No pickles. I received 2 blackened chicken sandwich no pickles. It wasn't fresh it was pretty awlful. So I went inside let them know that these sandwiches were awlful old meat. They gave me two more sandwiches.I get out to my car look inside the packages. Blackened chicken and no pickles. I didn't order those. When I went in the third time I really wanted to throw them at someone. But slammed them onto the counter. I ordered 2 ones again. Someone else made them. I was to wait for fresh chicken. So sorry it was not fresh. I almost came by back in a 4th time but we are what we could and threw the rest away.My order number was 87. “Not to throw around comparisons but...... Burger King's fries are waaayyyy better compared to let's say McDonald's! Burger King's fries are thicker, saltier, and actually come out hot. I ordered a sausage and egg muffin from the breakfast menu. The sausage patties are thicker even than McDonald's and have way more egg. I don't do fast food often, but next time I do it'll be Burger King!“

“Always delicious. Fresh made hot subs are the subs to go for. Philly and cheese will be your favorite. You can get mushrooms onions and peppers, and since it's made fresh for you, you can ask for any ingredient to go light if you choose.“

“I just had the walleye sandwich, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had anywhere! The fries (ordered extra crispy) were outstanding. Grace took the order efficiently, and the entire team was terrific, as always. This location is always A+++!“

The conversation never felt forced while they prepared orders and they made a point to greet each customer with a smile and an attempt at lighthearted chit chat. “The food here is delicious. The two sandwiches we ordered were amazing. Even my daughter, who doesn't like melted cheese on ham, loved hers.There was a slight mix up with regards to whether my daughter wanted a combo or not, but the manager easily and cheerfully sorted it out after he was done making the food.Great establishment, great food, and a manager that keeps up the cheerful banter and staff instructions while he works.I'll be back!“

Ive always have been a fan of taco bells since the late 70's. and really never tried any competing fast food taco places.The first thing noticed was that this place brought more spice to the party. Besides that, they are very comparable in cost, variety and overall style.I guess if I had to choose between the two, Id lean more towards taco John's due to spice.“

We didn't have to wait long for them to prepare our food, which was great, as usual. The "Little Fries" were anything but... One order was plenty for the two of us. I like how they always just dump more fries in the bag! Gotta love bag-fries ?My only complaint about Five Guys in general would be the price. “I got food at 9:30 AM on April 25th I didn't catch the woman's name but she was outstanding with the way that she handled service and the care that she put into making the sandwich she actually put the time into making sure that it was made right so that it would taste the best it possibly could She clearly really cares about any work she does and makes even making a sandwich an art form I was really grateful for this experience you guys have a great person working for you. “I've always gotten a correct order, and my ordered items have always been good. I'm only giving 4 stars because it is NOT a DQ Brazier - no burgers here. Especially like it that they will make items that are no longer on the menu, like PB Frozen Hot Chocolate. Prices are not cheap, however.“
