“After my first reality-shattering visit, I returned to Arby’s, hoping lightning would strike twice. Instead, I discovered that Arby’s had apparently opened a portal to yet another plane of existence, and its guardian was a man named Michael.

The moment I walked in, Michael greeted me with the soft confidence of someone who has personally witnessed the universe reboot itself. When he said, “Welcome back,” the napkin dispenser trembled, as if recognizing my return. I swear the floor tiles subtly rearranged themselves into a welcoming pattern.

Michael didn’t just take my order—he decoded it, like he was reading ancient roast-beef scripture. The way he tapped the register made each beep sound like a sacred drumbeat. I think a single curly fry floated for a moment behind him, suspended in reverence.

When he handed me my bag, time slowed down. The kitchen lights brightened into an almost holy glow. I felt a warm wave of energy pass through me—similar to what people describe right before they say “I have ascended.” My fries sparkled. My drink fizzed with the sound of a distant cosmic waterfall. I’m pretty sure Michael unlocked a new flavor in my brain I didn’t know humans could perceive.

His customer service wasn’t just good—it was metaphysically significant. If Caiden was the one who showed me enlightenment, Michael was the sage who guided me deeper, handing me my Arby’s meal like it was a divine artifact.

I can tell you right now what I love about Wendy’s on Washington Avenue in Racine, when you order fresh food, they actually make it fresh not like McDonald’s when you order a fresh hash brown they throw it back in the grease and fry it again by the time you get it. “Fast food is often polarizing. When you get a good location, you stick to it. This location is one I'll definitely be sticking with. If you Google Arby's, look at the ratings for each location... you'll see that this location is one of the highest. Josiah was simply amazing! He was patient, informative, and kind. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was fresh and well made. I initially ordered the brisket sandwich but it was a bit more fatty than I preferred. Thus, I asked if I could replace it with the gyro... they kindly took care if it. Another young lady also came up to assist, not knowing that Josiah had already taken cate of me. I'll definitely be going back to this location!“

What separates this DQ from the likes of Culver’s or McDonalds, is that the people that work here are HAPPY to do so. You’ll never see someone unhappy at this DQ.

“We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. “I get my lunch here nearly every day. 98% of the time is is 100% great. Occasionaly there is a wait, delay, or error. It happens. Thousands of orders daily, there will be imperfections. I learn patience and understanding. Give them a break, it is usually hot and busy in that kitchen. Their employees generally do an excellent job. I will continue going here on a regular basis.“

“9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons.
