“Ashland is amazing. Me and my husband Mike came twice and Ashland was the drive thru guy and I wish the arbys in milwaukee had ashlands. Lbvs!! This is the only Arbys I will go to. Which isn't FREQUENT but will always be a treat for us! top notch customer service, clean area no litter and the food is hot n fresh and like I said HAS BEEN A TREAT! THANK U“

“A & W is a classic American brand, and I love their root beer floats, today I got a Brat, onion rings & a float. And was not disappointed. Service was prompt, thorough, and provided by a Young, professional waitress named Jazlene. The food was delivered fast & fresh, the restaurant is of course a vintage throwback, even the radio station was set to an oldies station. It was clean as well, always a welcome touch.
Will definitely be back.“

“I live in Texas and my grandma lives in Racine so for her birthday she wanted dinner delivered. I browsed DoorDash and seen Snaps so I called just to confirm what all comes with what she wanted. I wish I had enough characters to write all the good things about the service I received from Snaps just over the phone!!!! Their hospitality and warmth added a personal touch to my order. 10/10 for customer service - I hung up feeling thoroughly satisfied that we were able to fulfill her birthday dinner request.“

“The staff at the Washington location are rude and annoying. My daughter loves Wendy's so we are there often and I almost don't want to go to that one anymore because I'm so disappointed with their service. I'll go up to ask for something and employees just walk by . Horrible language. I was leaving one day and I ordered a chili to go on the kiosk, but I had cash so I had to tell them so I could pay. The lady literally looked straight at me and said nothing. I had to leave without the chili because nobody came to help me.“

“Burger and fries were delicious but I did find this little piece of wood in my burger. I bit down on something hard and lucky I did not break my tooth. I called and let them know. I would definitely go back. Hopefully it was just a weird circumstance.“

“This DQ is located inside Pick-N-Save and a nearby school let out, so it was noisy with students.

The staff was busy, friendly, and courteous.

The French fries were small in size but oh so good and perfectly fried.

The sundaes 🍨 were creamy and just the right amount.“

What separates this DQ from the likes of Culver’s or McDonalds, is that the people that work here are HAPPY to do so. You’ll never see someone unhappy at this DQ.

“The service is good, the food is good, but the app constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet - even when connected to YOUR WIFI - so it's very difficult to place a mobile order. Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now. “9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. He was the sweetest and most courteous kid. He deserves recognition I’m sorry we didn’t get his name“

Parking: Huge parking lot, no way it will ever be full. And if it was you wouldn't want to stop there then because it would take 45-50min probably to get an order in+filled. Fortunately it is never that full or busy, especially inside.“

I’ve eaten at this location several times in the last 3 months and it’s always delicious. Favorite is the beef brisket; can’t go wrong!

Watching him stack toppings is like witnessing a culinary Picasso in action—except instead of paint, it’s lettuce and onions. The man doesn’t just make sandwiches; he crafts edible masterpieces, one sub at a time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the mayo he spreads has been blessed by sandwich gods.

“I believe this is family run. We ordered 2 Blizzards and a strawberry Sunday. That was the biggest and best Sunday we have bought all season. Both of the Blizzards were loaded with the flavoring that we chose.

“We come here every week after yoga, and the people are always so friendly. Today, we had a little confusion on what counted towards the meal. The manager was quick to help us out, explain it thoroughly for us, and refund the difference.
