“Ashland is amazing. Me and my husband Mike came twice and Ashland was the drive thru guy and I wish the arbys in milwaukee had ashlands. Lbvs!! This is the only Arbys I will go to. Which isn't FREQUENT but will always be a treat for us! top notch customer service, clean area no litter and the food is hot n fresh and like I said HAS BEEN A TREAT! THANK U“

“I live in Texas and my grandma lives in Racine so for her birthday she wanted dinner delivered. I browsed DoorDash and seen Snaps so I called just to confirm what all comes with what she wanted. I wish I had enough characters to write all the good things about the service I received from Snaps just over the phone!!!! Their hospitality and warmth added a personal touch to my order. 10/10 for customer service - I hung up feeling thoroughly satisfied that we were able to fulfill her birthday dinner request.“

“It was a trip down, 'Memory Lane' for me & a fun stop for my daughter's little family...all that was missing was the Car Hops!
The 3yr old had a meltdown and everyone was kind enough to just ignore her while we took her to the car...THEN my daughter had one of her own when she left her (very small)
wallet and it had to be located (found on the floor).
The patience of these people was STELLAR...THANK YOU!

I can tell you right now what I love about Wendy’s on Washington Avenue in Racine, when you order fresh food, they actually make it fresh not like McDonald’s when you order a fresh hash brown they throw it back in the grease and fry it again by the time you get it. “This is only the 2nd time I have had occasion to visit this Arby's, and I have had notably good experiences both times. One does not necessarily expect politeness and customer service, particularly over the intercom, at fast food restaurants. The employees are usually not well compensated for their time, and it comes out in their attitude towards their job. That was not the case here. Both times the woman who took my order was polite and accommodating. The first time I remember opening my sandwich and thinking that it had been done by a "sandwich artist." As good as roast beef sandwiches are, nowadays you're lucky if half the meat is actually /in/ the bun when you receive it. This was perfect. This time, not only were the sandwiches neat, but when I asked for a "half-and-half" soda (which is usually something I don't even bother trying for in the drive-through) the response was, "I got you." She really went above and beyond when she handed me the soda and asked me to check to make sure she had the ratio right.
I hope this lady's boss is reading this and realizes that they have a -gem- in her. Whenever I have to go to my doctors office down the road, I will be stopping here for lunch.“

“Chick-fil-A always delivers a great experience! I stopped by today around 3 PM, and while the lines were long, I placed a mobile order from the parking lot and had my food ready in just 5 minutes—super convenient!

I also tried the peppermint frosted coffee, and it was pretty great. The peppermint chips added a fun crunch and a perfect holiday twist. Next time, I’ll definitely add some whipped cream on top to make it even better. Quick service, delicious food, and seasonal treats—what’s not to love? Highly recommend!“

“This DQ is located inside Pick-N-Save and a nearby school let out, so it was noisy with students.

The staff was busy, friendly, and courteous.

The French fries were small in size but oh so good and perfectly fried.

The sundaes 🍨 were creamy and just the right amount.“

“9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. Parking: Huge parking lot, no way it will ever be full. And if it was you wouldn't want to stop there then because it would take 45-50min probably to get an order in+filled. Fortunately it is never that full or busy, especially inside.“

I get sometimes you can get your order done right away and have to pull to the parking lot but the location I was at (and go to often enough) they did this for every single car getting more than a drink or ice cream. “I believe this is family run. We ordered 2 Blizzards and a strawberry Sunday. That was the biggest and best Sunday we have bought all season. Both of the Blizzards were loaded with the flavoring that we chose.

The manager was quick to help us out, explain it thoroughly for us, and refund the difference.
