“Excellent food and excellent service. I usually get a burrito or a bowl at Chipotle, so I figured I would try that. A very nice employee named Dantee (pronounced Dante) recommended the "machete" instead. No joke, one of the best Latin cuisines I've ever eaten. I've never had one before, but I can say in earnest that it has become my new regular. The corn tortilla was fried and reminded me of being at the state fair. You build the rest of it out like you would a burrito at Chipotle, but the quality of the ingredients is far superior. The chicken was hot and juicy, the veggies and cheese were fresh, and the pico de gallo was *chefs kiss.* The ambiance was friendly and quiet. Great for talking with friends or just enjoying a nice lunch by yourself. I normally only go to Chipotle or Qdoba, but Vaqueros has moved up to my number 1 spot. I would and will drive across town - passing at least 1 Chipotle - to eat here moving forward. 11/10 strongly recommended.“
“My wife and I were just going to settle for Subway last nite, but we decided to go to Maria's instead. I usually get something with chorizo, but I decided to try something different. I ordered the Fajitas Costenos, and I am SO happy I did. The seafood was cooked to perfection! The squid, octopus, crab, and mussels were tender and flavorful. And there was so much on the plate. It also came with rice and beans as well as a salad. I now have a new favorite at Maria's!“
“This place is amazing! If you hate good food, don't come here you wouldn't like it.The burritos are as big as your head and the combinations of what you can have on them is endless. The staff is extremely efficient and moves everyone through quickly. This is a perfect place to get really good food if you are in a hurry.I would say that the ordering process is quite similar to Subway. Tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and nachos, among other things, are all great. The ingredients are fresh and top shelf. If you get the chance, try the signature topping at the very end of the line. It is these wonderful pickled onions that have been pickled with Habeneros.Quite a large soft drink and fountain drink selection along with tables available to eat your food there.Cannot say enough good things about this place and these people. I have worked close to there for the last 10-12 years, and this is my favorite place to eat by far. Also, everyone else in my office goes there at least once a week.“
“First time there. Glad we got there early because it got a little busy. The food and service were great! I loved the chips and salsa and the seafood enchiladas. The lime margarita and chimichanga Acapulco were also very good. Planning on going back.“
“5 stars across the board review for El Rancho 2, one of the coolest places I’ve ever gotten a burrito. Staff is super nice & hard working, food is delicious and filling. I enjoy my burritos there so much that I usually want another one after the first. El Rancho on South Park is equally as awesome, I love the family owned small business vibes, a Madison gem.?Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito is fire. Would eat daily. I eat meat, am not vegetarian/vegan, but I love a nice veggie burrito and for me this is the best one in town. It’s got the foil wrapping, it’s big & filling, get a sauce on the side. I lived in San Diego for years and this is as close as it gets for me here in WI.? ?Parking: No problem. Right up front.“
“The mole sauce was delicious. The veggie enchiladas were lacking substance, but flavorable. The veggie gordita was delicious with a light crispy shell. The service was good and fast, but lacking in personal connection. Faint smiles, with no banter when we tried to engage in fun banter. Overall we were pleased and will return if ever back in that area.Vegetarian options: Good options. The veggie enchiladas were delicious, just not a lot of cheese. Veggie gordita was yummy. Next time I week try the veggie fajitas I think“
“I owe a friend a favor by letting her place of free lunch. She chose this place. The place definitely has a Mexican flare to it. Had to be explain that paintings and statue is to celebrate the dead.Food was good nothing special. Saw they do accommodate parties. “I recently visited Guimos Mexican restaurant and had an incredible experience. The margarita tree was a showstopper - not only was it visually stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. It definitely added a fun and festive touch to our evening. And let's talk about the lengua tacos - they were hands down the best I've ever had. The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh toppings. Every bite was a delight.Overall, the combination of the stunning margarita tree and the mouthwatering lengua tacos made for a memorable dining experience at Guimos. I can't wait to go back and indulge in their amazing food and drinks again. The staff was also very friendly!“

“The wait staff is great, the food always hits the spot when craving Mexican food. The chips and salsa are one of my favorite things about Laredo's.There's a waitress there that always remembers my order and double checks to make sure I won't be ordering something different ?.“
“Excellent service. The margarita was huge! They served the chips and salsa with a creamy dip that was really good. My husband said the Diablo shrimp was some of the best he’s had. My vegetarian quesadilla was a bit too heavy on the cheese, but otherwise good. I would recommend this place for folks in the area.“
“I go to pan y pan every Saturday to pick up pastries and all the workers and owner are very kind, caring and excellent to interact with. The pastries are always fluffy and well made. The concha is especially good. They are always quick with their service. Highly recommend!“
