A very pleasing experience from start to finish! 🙌🏽 I drove in from Illinois to meet up with family and had no idea where to eat, park, or even use the restroom. After finding a paid parking garage and exploring the area (which is definitely up-and-coming and full of potential), I turned a corner and spotted La Chinampa.

A quick Google search showed strong ratings, so I took a chance—and I’m so glad I did!

I walked in hoping for three things: a clean restroom, quick service, and good food.
They had all three—and more. ✅✅✅

The tacos were absolutely delicious, and the space was cozy—the perfect little spot to relax after a 2.5-hour drive while waiting on my family. What really stood out was the warm and friendly energy of the owner. You can feel the heart in this place.

La Chinampa took care of me, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. 💯🌮❤️

“I went last night with my parents and my son. It was a really wonderful time. Service was fast and efficient. Our waitress was on top of everything and she was working so hard. The food was delicious and hot. It came out rather fast and that impressed me. My son turned 4 last week and they did a little birthday treat for him. It was wonderful.
