“I struggled to find an establishment that truly captures the soul of authentic Mexican cuisine, until I found this place. From the moment I walked in the intoxicating aroma commanded attention and the pollo asado delivered an almost transcendent culinary experience. It was so exceptional that only the bones remained nothing was spared.
The service was impeccable, the prices remarkably fair and the establishment pristine with ample parking. The gentleman who appeared to be the owner/person in charge embodied genuine hospitality and character elevating the experience beyond the plate.
To every Mexican food lover searching for the real thing, this is the spot. Trust me, I know authentic Mexican food because I am 💯 % Mexican.

“I haven't tried any of the area food trucks yet. But El Torito makes me wanna claim it is the best Mexican Food in Madison. Everything is delicious. Particularly the tacos and quesadillas. The shrimp quesadilla is next level delicious. The dining area is clean and waitng for you and your friends to order and make yourselves comfortable. This place is in the old KFC.“

The drink selection was impressive, catering to various preferences within our group. Cocktails were expertly crafted. “The lady at the checkout didnt ask me any questions. She tried to ring up my total before I mentioned I wanted chips. I was also planning on buying a drink and she finished the transaction without a single word spoken to me. I cant give it a bad rating because the rest of the staff was nice and the food is great. I just wish I wasnt practically forced away and ultimately you lost money on a potential add on sale.“

“I absolutely live taco bell. I usually get their chalupas, and they are amazing. Never have I had such a good meal from a fast food place, and don't even get me started on their baja blast soda. It used to be that you could only get it at taco bell, but the feeling of getting one from there will never leave me. This place is one of the best places to have a quick meal, and is usually my go to place for tacos.“

“Our waitress seemed like she was still learning but she did well! The food was great! It came hot and as advertised on their menu. The blender for margaritas is loud to the point we had a hard time with our parties conversation, otherwise would have been 5*.“
