Shortrib tacos: ⭐⭐ These were fine I guess, but the meat was flavorless and the sauce was light on flavor or heat. The excess of pickled onions couldn't even overcome the lack of flavor. I just mixed the meat in with the meatballs

“Absolutely amazing, all around! Food, service, everything. Shrimp sweet and delicious. Scallops silky soft and smooth, seared great and so tasty! Bacon wrapped asparagus is killer good. Prime rib sandwich is pillow soft, so flavorful and satisfying. Great garlic and herb butter seasoning on everything. I had a nasty respiratory infection a couple months prior, hadn't been able to taste much of anything for over two months... until coming here. I could taste the amazing flavor cooked into all of our items for the first time since getting sick. This was probably about the most satisfying dining experience I've ever had. Love it and can't wait to go back!!!“

“I only order the "Jalapeno Popper" from Mac's in Brookfield. Over half the time I order it they don't put in any jalapenos or they put in next to none. How hard is it to properly make this dish? It is super hard to add jalapenos to the JALAPENO popper? After the 3rd order it happened I brought it back. The manager stated, I quote, "There are jalapenos all up in there" while pointing to two small pieces in the ENTIRE DISH. Done wasting my time and money with this location that can't make a simple Mac and Cheese. Pathetic.“

We’ve never had a bad experience or food, but today was particularly exceptional as it was the first time we brought our boys (2 years and 11 months). We had promised our 2 year old ice cream with breakfast as where we were originally going to go, they have malts. Much to our surprise they were closed, cue the toddler meltdown 🫠 Highlands cafe to save the day! No wait, they made a “special ice cream drink” right away for our 2 year old (chocolate milk with whip cream and sprinkles) and he could not have been more happy. The food was excellent to boot! “Can't speak to the other reviews. Staff are friendly, food is excellent, service was quick. We have been trying to find great fish frys around the area, and this is one of the best. The pieces are thick, soft but don't crumble apart and the tartar sauce has a great homemade flavor you don't find in a lot of places. Potato pancakes are THE best we have come across. Seasoned perfect with that onion/chive taste but eat like a great hashbrown. Colesaw was a light white dressing with a lemon/vinegary taste.

Well worth the visit. We look forward to coming back other nights to try the rest of their menu.

“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.“

“The chicken was hot and fresh. The only problems that I have is that the chicken doesn't taste the same. One time I ordered and it was more like a cajun seasoning and the next time it was just regular. I prefer the cajun taste. The other problem is with there sides. They don't have a large container and anyone that has seen their small container knows that 2 doesn't equal a large. The small containers aren't even full.“

We ran into a catering glitch 2 months before the big day and found this business- the owner Pete swooped in to save the day! He was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and FUNNY and helped make it one of the best days ever! Everyone LOVED the BBQ, mac and cheese, CHIPS and late night paninis. The food and service was SPOT ON! They also accommodated our vegetarian and GF friends :-) I will always call this a serendipitous encounter and I am so happy to have found The Suburban Bourban/ Three Legged Pig/ Pete and the whole crew, thank you all!“

“George Webb’s is one of the truest last forms of what I like to call a “Burger Joint”. We started coming to the Franklin location when we moved here about 12 years ago. My son, who’s autistic, quickly took to Beth and she’s well know in this house and his fave waitress. The staff is always a pleasure to converse with and they treat their guests as if they’re family. Loved G. Webbs since my dad took us to the one in Racine when I was a kid. Don’t change a thing!!!!“

“For DECADES, the Gerndt Extended Family has patronized and enjoyed getting together at Family Table. It was my Parents' favorite place to go and they were very regular customers there. When in town and since I moved back here from Ioea to help care for my parents in their last years, they lived to 95 with Alzheimers, up until the very end I took them to Family Table where we were always treated very well. We especially love the portions having another meal or two to take home, and previously free desserts with the meal which understandably due to the economy even many years ago, that bonus was stopped. But we still love there dessert assortments with me loving their Strawberry Cheeseake! My daughter and I especially carry on our Family Tradition at Family Table, getting together with my son and his wife, my sisters, my nieces, friends. We would love to see them open again on Sundays as it was a great place to go after Church. Hopefully they can get staff to open Sundays again. Even during the Pandemic we loved the way they all learned and properly wore their masks as we continued to patronize Family Table using their carry-out, especially their Friday Night Fish Fries which are spectacular!!! Today, my sister and her husband are here from Lake of the Ozarks near Camden, MO, and where did sister invite us to meet? Yup. Family Table! Great Food, Reasonable Prices, Large Portions, Excellent Service, Wonderful, Comfortable Relaxing. Quaint Atmosphere. I had the Pork Chops Special, w Pork Chops fried covered in mushroom onions gravie meal which included my Baked Potato with Butter and Sour Cream, Salad, and Corn. Super Delicious!!! Every one else's meals were delicious as well. Ehen my Dad and Mom passed away, i told the Manager and staff and they remembered them well and would miss them. I have not been able to frequent the Family Table for several months due to medical issues, but as things get better I/we will be back for sure on a regular basis. Thank you Family Tanle Management and Staff! Great Timrs! I don't think there's a booth or table that we have not sat at through the decades.“
