“Great place for breakfast. They are on a culdesac so road traffic is light for quiet outdoor seating on the Fox River. Looks like many of the indoor tables had a view of the river as well. Place your order at the counter and they will bring it to your table, indoor or outdoor. Friendly staff and great food & drinks. The salmon and cream cheese bagel was excellent.“

“Amazing place! Me and my coworkers placed a mobile order yesterday, and I went to pick up the order. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but after I placed a separate small order and dropped my coworkers order of Horchata on the ground the young ladies behind the counter offered to remake it with no charge. Thank you young ladies for helping save the day and thank you Frio for being a staple of our community! Well done!“

“We love everything about this place! Super friendly and helpful staff, delicious, creative menu items and daily specials! Must say the coffee is extremely weak. I got a double shot in mine and still it had no flavor or color. Finally we added two packets of instant coffee. Please consider Collectivo brand! But we will be back regardless!!!!♥️“

“Worst. Got like a half pound of coffee back when I asked for my full pound to be ground. I won’t be back.
Edit: they at least made it right by sending me an additional pound of coffee. I’ll still check everything their employees do tho; I don’t trust their training.“

“I ordered a mango smoothie and the smoked salmon on an everything bagel. The barista was really nice and the owner Gail was so kind and helpful during ordering.
The smoked salmon bagel was amazing. I will definitely be coming back for lunch. All the food leaving the kitchen looked great. The patio is inviting and overlooks the locks. The atmosphere is really great too.“
