Great frozen custard and burgers. Quick drive through
Terrible restaurant with terrible employees. Put our order in wrong and charged us twice for some items. Went back up to correct them (I know what I said) and they refused to refund and double charged me AGAIN, for adding the item their idiotic employees missed the first time. Ridiculous.
DO NOT COME HERE! They deliberately attempt to scam customers daily.
Shout out to the amazing staff that worked last night! There was an event in Germantown that ended with a lot of families heading out for ice cream. About 30 minutes before closing the lobby of the restaurant was full! The staff was friendly and brought the food out fast. Everything was delicious! GREAT JOB by everyone!!!
