“Excellent food. But not the greatest customer service experience. I’d recommend sitting in the bar area or further back. We were seated in the front by the garage door. We had to eat with our coats on it was so cold. We asked to be moved, we even said we’d wait. They would not accommodate us. Bartender was awesome! Server not so great!”

“I had vodka and 7Up but wasn't able to finish second drink due to stomachache. It tasted like the soda gun needed a good cleaning because the 7up tasted off. Staff were kind and the place was busy for the Brewers game. Would be a good place to chill on a less packed night (and maybe a bottled drink).”

“been coming to the Steak out for 35 years. while sometimes the steaks are charred a little too much recently compared to the past, I have yet to find a steak place to compare to the Steakout. it is delicious in a cozy supper club atmosphere. honestly some of the complaints sound like people were looking for something for nothing and I've seen the same names on other reviews sites and seem like chronic complainers just trying to knock someone down while hiding behind their screens. I've learned to ask for little to no charring in my steaks and it's been as outstanding as ever. seriously, other steak joints can't compare ... haven't found a one in the Milwaukee area yet.”

“First off, we have been patrons of Explorium Greendale for years. We LOVE their beverages/beer. Their food has really fallen off and we just do not go often anymore. It's such a bummer because it is such a great place in our community. My fish fry was ok, but my husbands fried cod had zero seasoning to the batter. It was literally just fried batter. He is not a tartar sauce user, but in order to get any flavor he needed sauce. Just sad. Our waiter was maybe the biggest dud of a waiter I've had anywhere in awhile. He could not seem to find his smile or energy. Overall it was a disappointing evening beyond our great drinks. Such a bummer, we love this place!”

“I called another bakery (not National Bakery) that’s on Greenfield in West Allis, wanted to order a cake for the following week. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice and told me I had to order online then put me on hold forever. So I hung up and called National Bakery. Boy am I glad I did. The lady that answered was so nice and so helpful. I got the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. Really made my birthday special. National Bakery is my go-to bakery from now on.
