“The staff is so friendly and the food has been hot & fresh on our last few visits! Today during our visit, a few staff waved at my daughter when we entered and one of the managers even gave a stuffed Scoopie to one of his employees to give to my toddler! It made her day. I noticed they knew a lot of regulars by name which I thought was cool. I’ve been very impressed the last few times we’ve gone as the food is hot & fresh and the staff is always friendly and makes conversation.“

“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. The place was clean, and well maintained. The staff were efficient, but not necessary that friendly.

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I would normally like the food and service, however, today both top buns of our burgers were so hard they were inedible. They could have been used as hockey puckz at the Olympics they were so hard.“

Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. It took a little longer on the wait time but that's cause they made it all fresh. Amazing on my next trip to Milwaukee I'll be stopping again.“
