The steaks were cooked as ordered, and we also enjoyed even the house salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing (my husband made a note of the fact that it contained a nice mixture of greens, not the usual iceberg lettuce!). Will definitely be back!”

“I’m telling you, the small town feel of this place, combined with a fairly extensive menu for such a small area, leave very little to wonder as to why there isn’t a single seat available! I would rather wait for a meal like this than a 5 star restaurant any day!”

“We were in Galena for the weekend and stopped in for Pizza and wings and both were awesome as well as the service! We stopped in another night and had the tenderloin and steak sandwiches and they were excellent and the service was amazing!”

“The first time my son and I went in about three weeks ago and very friendly lady waited on us. We had a great latte. I had the orange and white chocolate and I couldn’t wait to go back again. Then today we did and not only was the latte not as good. I couldn’t taste the orange at all. (The friendly lady was there but didn’t make our drinks) but the girls were complaining about someone being from Wisconsin while they were at the drink counter making our drinks and how they have people from Wisconsin. I’m not sure if they were talking about me and my family BUT we are from Wisconsin and were standing right there and could hear everything they were saying. My daughter heard them saying this also. I was not impressed at all today. Which is sad because I really talked very highly of the place to my husband when I got the first coffee. And so did my son. I made a special stop there today and was really let down. I guess I should have just stopped at Starbucks that was next door to us in Dubuque but I would rather support a small, local business. I hope next time is much better again or I probably won’t be back again.”

“Went on the tour and tasting this afternoon. Pam was knowledgeable, great at communicating the history of the distillery and excellent at levening the tour with humor. The distilled beverages are excellent and I can't wait to share the bourbon with my family and friends.”

Went to dinner tonite 11/3/22. Original recipe Changed. Terrible mistake. It was horrible!! Someone made a big mistake in changing recipes. So disappointing.”
