“On Saturday, June 22nd we were impacted by a destructive tornado! We’ve had family, friends and volunteers at our house since trying to help us with clean up. I ordered $70+ worth of food to give to our help. My mom drove to pick up our order and when she arrived they told her the food was on them. While it may not seem like this was something big to many, this was a huge gesture to us! While things seemed to be crumbling, it showed a light at the end of the tunnel just by this small gesture! Hats off to this store and their exceptional customer service!“
“Really enjoy the sandwiches here, I could even go as far to say they are my favorite. BUT! When I mark “mayo+mustard packets” on my order form, I actually DO want them believe it or not. I dont think there has been one time when you guys remember 🥲 It is especially frustrating when I have the order delivered expecting the condiments, so I do not have to eat an absurdly dry sandwich. It is on the receipt. Please do better. Otherwise I love this place! It’d be 5 stars if I got my sauce!“
