“went in the drive thru and some crazy lady started recording the girls working, they all looked like minors too. she finally got out of the line and I got my food, somehow I still managed to get it quick and hot with kind service, the line behind me tho was longgg. no idea how they deal with people like that“

“I need to catch her name next time, but the curly haired girl who works over nights into mornings has never once gotten my order wrong. Maybe it’s just her &/or her with only one cook on shift, but she’s been nothing but very kind and attentive to customers. Normally, at all McDonald’s, I’ll have at least one thing missing. Doesn’t matter if it’s night shift or day shift because I expect that from McDonald’s knowing the corporation they are. I was just proofed wrong just by this one employee. this girl who works late nights into mornings has never gotten a single order of mine wrong. She’s taken my order about 10x times. Plus she is always kind. she could be having the worst night ever and nobody would know. Her customer service is just that amazing. Keep it up girl, you know who you are! I just came in 6/29 @ 4:15am for the #5 meal and an extra hash brown. Coming to you as a person and not a McDonald’s customer, you have so much potential. so take up the opportunity to learn more & do what you dream of doing. Never stop being great! :)“

“I ventured forth to McDonald's one day,
To try the Big Arch they put on display.
A mountain of calories, fat stacked sky high—
“This feast will fill me!” I thought with a sigh.

But bite after bite, my hope took a dive,
For something so hefty… it barely survived.
A thousand calories? Gone in a blink—
My stomach said, “That was a snack, I think.”

Oh Big Arch, you giant, you greasy facade,
You promised a feast but delivered a fraud.
I’ve had lighter meals that did far, far more,
Than this towering titan of burger folklore.

Yet credit is due where credit belongs,
The staff kept it moving, no waits, no wrongs.
Polite and efficient, quick with a smile—
They made the whole trip at least worth the while.

So here is my verdict, both honest and true:
Big Arch, I expected much more out of you.
Next time I’m hungry with calories to spend,
I’ll look just about anywhere else, my friend.“

Clean interior,restrooms and good vibes especially With the music played here.
The food is prepared good like any other great McDonald’s location.
The food/order is received within 2-5 minutes here at this location always whether it’s ordered via inside,app,drive thru or curbside.
Will be back.“

“This has been my local McDonalds for a few years. They always get my order correct, a double cheeseburger no pickle and a McChicken extra mayo. Fast and friendly service too.

On a random note on all McDonald's: back in the day, I did not order extra mayo on my McChicken, I am not sure if they started using less mayo or if I have become that person who gets extra mayo...“

“Large M&M McFlurry is perfecto! The one thing I will say is, the staff need to be more Attentive when there is a line to order inside at register, while they all just keep focusing on the drive thru orders vs helping inside orders even be taken. Otherwise, it's a great place! Staff are kind!“

“Kid-friendliness: It doesn't have a play area, but they have a good selection for kids meals, not worth the price though sadly.... Honestly last Happy meal I bought my friend I think they got like four fries in the fry cup....

Wheelchair accessibility: They are definitely wheelchair accessible so it's easy for people to get in and out they also accept service dogs which I really appreciate“

“Always kind staff. This isn't my favorite food place but it's one of the better locations. Food is always fresh and correct. Never have had an issue here. McDonald's needs to bring back salads! Remember vegetables? I do and love them.“

“This McDonalds is by far the best one in Madison. The staff here are very friendly and hard working. The night time manager Brandon is especially helpful. When my order was wrong he corrected the issue right away for me with great care and customer service. The employee taking orders in the drive through was also very helpful and on top of things. Took my order accurately and got me my food in under 5 minutes. Thank you to the hard working employees of this location!“
