“It’s hard to make food a sexual experience but the Spicy Shrimp Po’ Boy f***** my face. Fuckin’ F**** a lot of places tone spice down for ‘general pop’ but this place gives it to you raw. If it says spicy it’s spicy but it also delivers a balance of flavor with heat. It was an explosion of awesome in my mouth. “Needed someplace to eat while waiting for my wedding to happen in Madison. Settle down was close by I walked there. I was not disappointed, the special which was I think all the chicken butter burger was phasing and the soup was as well. Reasonable price Add to my places to eat when in town list“

“Absolutely perfect rest stop on the way to the Wisconsin Dells (iykyk)! We stopped for the supercharger and were able to take a lovely break for everyone to stretch out their legs. Super tasty food. The crispiest tots. An impossible burger for all my veg friends. They even gave us extra tots! They brought out and cleaned the high chair for us. Truly an amazing experience for what we thought would just be a rest stop.

“They have very good food but the staff makes peanuts and is hungry for tips. I usually try to tip 20-25%. However one time when I got the bill it was way more than I had expected and I didn't have the funds to leave a tip. I felt really bad. To top it off I was told if I couldn’t tip better. don't come back. I instead of 2 drinks costing $13.00.(like the other businesses on the block)The bill was $21. I would have been leaving at least $5, but now I couldn’t. I feel the staff is a bunch of snooty college students, living off their rich parents dime.“

Great sauce makes this a three to four napkin burger. Hits the spot when you have a Hankerin' for the best! Get the pickles on the side, delicious and you get even more! “Love the rustic indrustrialized interior. The outdoor beer garden is absolutely charming with grape vines and lights. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the Strawberry Fields cocktail and the freshly made Ellsworth cheese curds. Can't wait to go back and try more!“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“Came here on the recommendation of our Uber driver. Great call! Great place. The staff was fantastic. Maggie and Tony were especially welcoming to us Bama boys. “Beautiful restaurant down to every small detail. We had some delicious cocktails and cheese curds! For dinner, we had the Brinner burger and Fafael pita. The burger was a smash burger and perfectly cooked. Can't beat an egg and hashbrown patty on a burger as well! The pita was soft & fresh with a flavorful filling. It's a wonderful venue with awesome food!“

“We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the One and Only for hosting an incredible elopement dinner for our family! Robin was fantastic in helping us plan details and menu selections ahead of time, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. We enjoyed the Deviled Eggs, Roasted Red Pepper Dish, and were delighted by the complimentary Roasted Green Bean Salad from the Chef. All three dishes were absolutely delicious!

For our main courses, we had the Stacked Burger, Scallops, Steak, and Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders. Each dish was beautifully plated and generously portioned. Our server and other staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had little ones in our party, and they were very accommodating by providing highchairs, a children’s menu, and kid-friendly cups. Additionally, we had a guest in a wheelchair, and the space was accessible for them, which was great.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We highly recommend the One and Only to anyone looking to host an event.“

“Terrific frozen custard spot conveniently located right on the C bus line. The service is always fast and friendly, and the food comes out quickly whether you order at the counter or use one of the kiosks. They offer a wide range of rotating custard flavors, so there’s usually something new to try, and the food is solid too—great for a quick bite or casual stop-in. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the recent renovation makes the space feel much nicer and more comfortable. Definitely a reliable go-to for frozen custard lovers.“

“Great food, friendly employees, but a bit overpriced.

There is only one thing I've had issues with.. Ordering online and waiting 30 to 40 minutes before going to get my food (because I know it can take a bit to make fresh delicious food), and having my order not ready yet, even with them being slow customer-wise. It's not fun waiting for food for another 10 to 15 minutes while watching others who ordered as I got there getting their food before me. I even use their email to say I'm on my way, a long time before I am, but it does not help.

“Once you stumble into this hole in the all...you may never return. There is a diamond so bright in this place. Your shoes might stick a bit to the floor but embrace the vibe. They have some awesome ambiance and sling drinks even the stiffest of barflys will live!“

I used to work for Burger King in Jefferson County back during college. I think the few Burger Kings that are left in Wisconsin could really learn something from this particular location.“
