“Excellent service and food! We were visiting from NC for my husband’s birthday and decided to eat breakfast here before heading to the Packers game. Everyone we encountered from beginning to end was super friendly. The food and pricing were absolutely incredible - even had leftovers for after the game! A special mention to our waitress, Judy, who was top notch and brought out one of their delicious cinnamon rolls as a birthday treat for my husband. Would definitely go back when we visit again! “We enjoyed a couple the beers they had on their current rotation. There were a few we didn't care for. That's perfect because they have something for everyone.
They don't have any food or snacks available and that's a shame. Even a few bags of chips or something would be nice. This is the only complaint.
The bartender was phenomenal, she was knowledgeable about the beers and even suggested a yummy mix. We had wonderful conversations with her.“

“My family absolutely loves Solea Mexican Grill, particularly the Menasha location! We have been celebrating my Dad’s birthday there every year since about 2013. Even though we only are there once/year (due to distance from our home), Oscar and the team recognize us and we are welcomed with open arms! The food is amazing- chips, salsa & beans, burritos and salads, & the house margarita is the best in the Valley! Additionally, the atmosphere feels authentic with the bright colors and tiki bar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic night out!“

“Great food and clean, comfortable restaurant with great service.
Only gave it 4 stars because of all the loud swearing and inappropriate comments coming from the kitchen.
It didn't bother me as much, but I wouldn't have been very happy if my kids were nearby to hear these comments.
Still recommend eating here, I would hope that this was an isolated experience.

“We just had a birthday party here on Sunday for our two 7 year old boys. We reserved a room with one of the party packages, which included a ranch hand, pizza, ice cream, drinks, gift bags and arcade cards for each kid, and very accommodating staff. Nick is always friendly and provides great service every time we visit.“

“Madras Cafe is an absolute gem of a restaurant! The owner warmly greeted us when we came in. He asked if we had ever eaten there before and when we said no kindly explained the menu. He asked our preferences and made personal recommendations for each member of our group. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! I never write reviews but knew instantly I needed to share my experience. The foods were flavorful and the spices vibrant. I have to mention the coffee. If you are a coffee drinker, then you are about to be ruined for all other coffee. It was smooth and rich. Reminded me of French press but better. The prices are reasonable and fits into any budget. The owner explained how each dish was best eaten and shared a charming story about how his mother's cooking influenced the restaurant's menu. I have never felt so welcome and at home in a restaurant. I highly recommend.“

“SANGRIA'S CATERS!!! I've loved Sangria's for their delicious food and incredible service for years so I was delighted for find out the catered while I was planning my wedding. My husband and I sampled A LOT of caterers during this time and found a lot of poor quality food and ridiculous prices. Needless to say, we were psyched when we found out that Sangria's offered catering services. We were even more surprised to find that they had the most affordable prices in the entire Appleton/Oshkosh/Green Bay area. We didn't hesitate to book with them and our fajita bar at our wedding last weekend was incredible. Sarah, the owner, was amazing to work with. She was always responsive and very organized. She and her team flawlessly executed our cocktail hour appetizers and dinner buffet. They also cleaned everything up and packed everything for us to take home at the end of the night. If you are planning a wedding or large event, Sangria's is the BEST. Our guests loved the food and we are so excited for Sangria's left overs.“

“Under new ownership. I ate there with my wife, and my son and his wife. The food and service are excellent, everyone at the table agreed. We all had different dinners, a lot of depth in the menu. The guacamole is absolutely great. I can’t wait to try their food with Margaritas as well, we had flavored tea in the interim. A lot of restaurants are noisy inside yet this was not the case here. Next time we will try eating outdoors.“

“Went for a birthday on a Monday night. Presentation was fabulous. Chef was skilled. Waitress polite. Only one menu for four though. Felt rushed and unwelcome despite no waiting patrons. If I'm dropping over $200 on dinner, I don't want to feel like I have to leave right away.

Parking: Be prepared to walk a ways during weekends. Lots of patrons. Weeknights are less crowded.“

The service has always been wonderful and consistent. The manager stops by the table a QUICK check in. That small touch means so much!! “This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Appleton area. However, I was disappointed with the front-desk folks’ lack of creative thinking and can-do attitude. When I called before arriving, I mentioned the number of people in my party and mentioned that I will also need a high chair. He said nothing available inside but patio is open and lots of seats are readily available. When we arrived, he was right, nobody was sitting in the patio. Bad news came after we were taken to our table, “sorry, we don’t have high chair available for at least another hour!” I understand that this may happen, but why do you tell me 5 mins before I arrive that you have everything available? Very disappointing, but this is even more disappointing when it comes from one of my favorite restaurants and I had guests with me.“

“Brittney B is the best bartender!! She always provides amazing customer service and brings such a fun energy! We used to come in every month for the Bloody Mary of the Month, but a couple weeks ago they changed the mix, it's just not the same. The new version is watered down and lacks flavor. It used to be worth the trip for a great Bloody Mary with all the loaded toppings, but unfortunately, not anymore, at least not until they bring back the original mix.“

“It's our go to good Asian food spot when we're looking for a dine in. We always get good service, I love their Phet Phet sauce, and I think their drink menu has the funnest names I've ever come across. They also serve coconut water that compliments most of their foods perfectly“

“My wife and I had Valley Liquor provide the beverage service for our wedding at West Eddison Rivery on 9/27/25. We were blown away by the service we received. The two bartenders we had were great. Ray was super easy to work with, prompt and timely with his responses, and met every need/request we had for our big day. Ray is a great guy, funny, professional and truly cares about his clients. I would recommend them 10/10 times!“

“Great selection of taps. Friendly bartenders (Chase) . when in Tosa always visited Lions. Three hundred plus miles away and may not get to visit again. Hope we can tag-off to new visitors to the area. Raise a glass to the crew. When the time is right and lightning strikes go visit the Lions.“

“SO and I wonderful meal on Saturday. Had a bit of cabin fever and were looking to spend a little time out of the house. Arrived for a late lunch/early dinner. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. SO had the Saturday special prime rib. I had bbq ribs and brisket. Both were delish. Also had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer which were excellent. “The food was good, but wasn't worth the price. The steaks are overpriced because of the name. I think the worst part is you spend all that money and the only thing you get is a tiny house salad. For the amount of money you spend you should get standard side dishes. Good but grossly overpriced. It's a place you should go to once to say you have gone.“
