“We had a last-minute emergency with a catering order that I personally forgot about—completely my mistake. With no time to spare, I reached out to Subway in Milton, hoping they could help. Not only did they step up, but they also prepared a large sandwich order on incredibly short notice. We picked up the rest of the items we needed from Piggly Wiggly, and although we arrived slightly late, the meal was delivered and very similar to what we originally planned to serve. I was blown away by Subway’s speed, professionalism, and willingness to help in a pinch. Huge thanks to the team there—they really saved the day.“

“The subway in Edgerton, WI is the only Subway you should ever go to. They bake the bread correctly, properly cook the meatballs, and have fresh meats+veggies. I do wish they would have the seafood and Brown mustard, but. Whatever.. still my favorite/only subway.“

“Came to add for all the vegan baddies. They use beef tallow for their fries. Super disappointing as we ate them many times.

Amazing customer service always. No matter who is working. They're so nice. We just left, and they were so kind, even our senior dog was treated with kindess. Fries are awesome as well.“

“I came in after picking up a door dash order and was greeted with tad the manager. Cool layed back gentleman got to asking about a certain thing and they canceled it he explain he can make wraps and he made me a wrap fast and really good to. Place is well upkept all while being alone. I appreciate the service and great food😊“

“On June 6th, at 6:30pm the employee Seth deserves kudos for his outstanding customer service. There was a line to the door with online orders while he was working alone. He had impeccable customer service skills and apologized for the delay. Seth never lost his composure!! The store should have more than 1 employee for their sake and Subways reputation during this busy time of the day.“

“Was helped by a very nice woman named Marie it started off great until another woman came and was very cold and did not offer good service didn’t say a word, stared us down and after we had left stared us down from the car rudely would not recommend this store. Props to the other employees though for doing their job right. Our food was good though just not good service. Edit: I have since come back in to see better management and a better looking store amazed by the comeback!“
