They make the best stuffed falafel in Milwaukee, hands-down! I recommend the onion and sumac stuffed falafel, STROMBOLI (ROLls , or the garlic and cheese bites. “We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. We purchased donuts, asiago bread (YUM), cinnamon bread (THE BEST THING EVER!), hot dog buns, chocolate cream pie, chocolate muffins, banana muffins, blueberry muffins, cinnamon apple muffins, chocolate chip cookies and turnovers. Everything is delicious and so moist and fresh!! And OMG the prices are so low! I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want you all to go buy all the goods lol but they deserve their flowers! 20/10 recommend!“

“i went here a long time ago about 2013. i was a regular because my grandma's house is nearby. she liked the pumpkin empenadas when they had any left. from the morning rush. i usually got the chocolate muffins with chips. they also had soft bread. as long as you ate it rightaway.

“Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

Their hours are a little inconsistent with the website (said open Sundays online but specifically not open when I showed up) but I am okay with that considering the food is incredible. “I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly wa sone of, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked good because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her treats. Kudos!“

Ordering was easy, communication was open & our order was beyond perfect. We ordered the biggest breakfast charcuterie board which was a huge hit with all the varieties of baked goods, & fun layout. The variety of mini quiches were delicious & the perfect portion sizes for a buffet style brunch. Also easy to serve. Cheesy potatoes & the French toast bake were so good I wish I ordered more for leftovers. Not a crumb was left behind.
