I come to chuchos often and have never had an issue. I went last week and ordered a chicken Ramen but ended up being given beef by mistake. I don’t eat beef so I go to return the ramen and when I got the corrected order I noticed my noodles were crunchy. I mentioned that my noodles were hard and was told I had to cook the soup myself.
