“Look I get it it’s hard enough to get up and work with the public all day. I did that for 35 years. But you cannot lie to customers saying you don’t have specials, like the $5 or $7 specials my sister had just gotten from a Popeyes down the street not even 30 minutes before I entered your drive-thru. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my chicken to be cooked over because you could still see the flower on the chicken. On your menus it said 13.39 for the 4 piece meal and $14 something for the large 4 piece meal. And the manager told me y’all keep forgetting about the tax and it’s clearly on your menu. I also said I want my money back after the first box and she said we don’t give refunds. I know that was a lie. Also you owners need to go in your establishments and work a shift or two to see how your stores are being ran after you take the time to watch some surveillance first. I have been in this location and myself and other customers talk two males from wanting to get physical with this same manager. Also it’s ashamed that at least 3-5 other people I know that has had bad experiences at this location. Also your managers need to learn interpersonal skills on how to deal with people including their staff. I have witnessed this manager be so rude to her employees in front of the customers not acceptable. Having experienced doing this to my employees because I was frustrated was a teaching lesson for me to listen to to my employees tell me what they felt about me with my supervisor present helped me tremendously.
To this manager I get it we have bills that need to be paid, so we go hard with what helps us go through it. So I’m holding the owners and district managers responsible. Help your employees that do show up every day. This is why so many companies are felling. We need these companies in our neighborhoods but just because they are in the struggling neighborhoods don’t mean you can just allow them to lack integrity or respect for your clientele. Also the chicken had big feathers on it. Plan Do Review (PDR).
Do different get different results. I will never go back. But I will still listen for others stories. Also I know why the ratings was what it was because I didn’t do the survey. Make sure they are giving people their receipts. Old trick employees do the review themselves and you owners and district managers know they do. My next call will be the Better Business Bureau“
“Family had to rush the order, grab the food and come home before trying. Honestly, the chicken was not up to par and we were all disappointed. We decided to go back and get a refund. They originally offered to remake the order and we refused it until Mr Calvin came out from the back. He is the general manager and I must tell you he saved the day! He took the time to listen to our concerns, apologize on behalf of the staff and redid our order which was fresh delicious. Despite the reputation, I gave them five stars because the food ended up being perfect after Calvin took over.I'm pretty sure if we would have came in there snapping that neither party would end up happy. So let's start being nicer to them when they mess up, because most of the staff is really trying and the reward may up being worth it.“
“This is the best Popeyes experience I've encountered. The energy was positive. The customer service from Angel was top tier. She was very polite, courteous and prompt to greet me once I entered the restaurant. Maurice is a hard worker individual I've met earlier today. It was due to our encounter which let me to try out this location. The managers were polite and professional also. Give this location a try if you would like to enjoy your meal within the establishment.“
“The woman at the counter,(Coressa) I hope I got her name correctly, was awesome. It is good to see a person do their job well. Thanks for making my meal extra special. This lady was handling all customers with the same politeness. She even complemented the employees making the food for a job well done specifically the lady who made the Mac & Cheese. I don’t live close by, 42 miles away, but this Popeyes is worth the trip. Thank you!“
“Firstly, being that I paid $32 for a fast food meal I would expect a whole lot more quality!! and better customer service .!!! Besides the fact that I had to sit in a hot drive-thru for 18 minutes (only because I was unable to leave!) Then, I start to put my order in and was asked several times if I was done ( which was incredibly rude!)then when I was finally receiving my food they forgot honey and I asked for it after sitting there for another 3 minutes being ignored , with the cars behind me honking , could I finally get my honey so I could go!. The chicken was okay but my coleslaw was disgusting !! my biscuits were hard!! Which was really sad because I was really looking forward to the biscuits !! I love coleslaw and I have never had such awful tasting, unappetizing sides . The lady was quite rude, made no attempts whatsoever to try to rectify sitting in the Drive-Thru for so long and was snippy and disrespectful several times. One of the worst experiences and fast food I've had in a long time“
“I've visited this location many times in the past and the service was always mediocre and people full of drama. However, it looks like there are new staff and management now. Which is a huge difference. The lady who took my order was very pleasant. She gives me Southern vibes. The food was fresh and chicken was hot, just like I like it. You can tell the difference in the quality of service and food. Hopefully it stays this way.“
“Customer Service was on point Shout out to the young man with the braces and the prep staff. The food was actually hot and fresh and the young man made sure everyone waiting was also taken care , and orders were correct. Keep up the good work you guys, I will be back !!“
“First time eating Popeyes, it was okay. I feel it's way overpriced for what you get. Chicken was mostly breading, disappointed in the mac & cheese. It lacked flavor and the consistency was like cheap frozen mac & cheese. The biscuit was dried out, happily, they gave me some honey sauce to make it a bit more edible. The cashier that handled the transaction was very efficient and kind. I'd be okay never eating there again, it was pretty disappointing.“
