“Best kept secret in Monona and surrounding areas! Papas BBQ is fire and without a doubt the BEST in this area! Better than even the 4.9 star bbq place in Sun Prairie! I had the brisket dinner and the meat was amazing. Perfect smokey taste with no lingering strange after taste. Brisket was buttery without being fatty or overly greasy. Meat portions are hearty but sides could be a little larger. His bbq sauce was tangy and juicy.
