She took time to talk with me with out an appointment.(I had been to 3 other bakeries and no one would even answer any questions I had with out a appointment) We like red velvet and Melissa made little trials of each red velet option for us to try. “I called another bakery (not National Bakery) that’s on Greenfield in West Allis, wanted to order a cake for the following week. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice and told me I had to order online then put me on hold forever. So I hung up and called National Bakery. Boy am I glad I did. The lady that answered was so nice and so helpful. I got the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. Really made my birthday special. National Bakery is my go-to bakery from now on. “Been to Rochester Deli many times over the years, mostly for their fish fries. This visit was specifically for bakery items, and that is when I learned that I have apparently been enjoying Periwinkle desserts all along. Their production facility is next door, but the baked goods are sold through Rochester Deli. I also learned that the deli owner’s daughter runs the bakery.

I came in hoping to pick up a few cupcakes and possibly a small round cake. There was only one cupcake option available, a Boston Cream, which did look good. Unfortunately, there were no cakes available, so I struck out there. I did grab a couple of the peanut butter cookies half dipped in chocolate, which are always a hit at my house.

The staff member who helped me apologized for the limited selection, but there was not much they could do.

Overall, I really enjoy their cookies, bars, and cake slices, and I will definitely be back for some of their regular items.“

Greenfield) with tens of thousands of products in stock, including pans, candy molds, jimmies/quins, food colors, edible images, cake toppers, chocolate/confectioners coatings (love the Key Lime Pie flavor!), packaging and presentation products, candles, wedding toppers, and every tool you could ever want. Special order available if they don't stock it. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful when you aren't a professional baker, but are working on making 200 cupcakes look fun for a church dinner! “We tried Mochiring recently and although there was a wait for drinks and hot dogs, I expected it with all of the buzz about this place. The drinks were amazing, the hotdogs are a MUST, especially the number 10. The doughnuts were super fresh and flavorful, I wish they had more flavors to try but I’m sure that will come with time. it’s still very early in their opening process so I understand them working things out. I’m more than happy to wait for food there, it is absolutely worth it. We have been craving it since our first visit!“

“My daughter and I found The Naked Baker cookies at Outpost, so we thought we'd given them a try. We purchased two flavors.I think they are a little pricey so I don't know how often I'd buy them.We like the Gluten-free Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies. They are soft and flavorful. “I just discovered DW Coffee in Wind Lake online a couple of months ago, and my daughter and I finally stopped by yesterday. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and our food and drink choices were delicious. The dining area seats around 20 people, and they have a nice assortment of travel mugs, local honey, sweatshirts and more available. It is warm and inviting and not crowded. My only suggestion would be that the sidewalk to the patio entrance should have been shoveled in case anyone with walking limitations came before the snow melted, especially since there were at least 3 employees behind the counter chatting, but the food and service itself were great.“
