“Nice ambiance. The restaurant looks very different and gives the feeling of Mexican culture. There was no waiting when we entered at noon. The staff were friendly. Our waiter was very friendly and polite. He missed our order but we are not giving a lower rating for the service he rendered. We had to request him again to get our food 🥘. The quality and the quantity of the food was sufficient for more than one person. The freshly made guacamole was the best of all the food. It was one of the best we had in any Mexican restaurant. The freshly made chips and salsa were really good and tasty. We ordered quesadillas, Enchiladas and tostadas. The quesadillas were delicious and the winner. My son loved it. We also loved the interior design and the decoration. If you love the Mexican food this is the perfect place.“

“This is a taco truck that my hubby and I saw and decided to stop and try it out, first we tried the tacos de asada, pastor, lengua y cabeza which it only took one bite to know that this are some of the best tacos we’ve had in a very long time, then we ordered a quesadilla and a torta, the quesadilla de asada was super big with a home made corn tortilla also super delicious and the torta de asada was fantastic, and the people that work in the taco truck are super nice and friendly... over all a fantastic experience. “Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.“

“I went to this Taco Pros today to cool down from such chaos I was dealing with at home, n this was a wonderful experience. I just got an elote n burrito, burrito was a little tough to eat due to my braces pain. But overall, was calm n delicious! Def what I needed!“

“I've ordered hardshell tacos here a couple times and I really like them. Very flavorful and the price for three was under $10 which is I guess is considered a good price nowadays. I definitely recommend the tacos here and I might try some other items in the future.“

“Atmosphere is great. Decore is cute and wonderful! Service has been 50/50. We've had both great servers and not so great... Meaning they never came back with dishes ordered or drinks and disappeared for a long time. Outside patio is nice, but you have to go thru the restaurant to get there. Service was rough outside, but they may have been short staffed. We were accommodated with an armless chair outside for a friend that was uncomfortable in their standard chairs. This was a very nice touch! Food was great! They also allowed us to bring a birthday cake for a birthday. Get a pitcher of margarita. It's worth it! Stronnggg!“

“Qdoba is a staple for us whenever we need a quick, affordable bite. We try queso at every restaurant we go to and have yet to find one better than Qdoba's! Last time we were in, Nahomy, Angelo, and Noemi were incredibly kind and helpful. We came in 5 minutes to close (we hate being those people and felt terrible) but they were happy to serve us and have a nice conversation to end the night! We'll definitely be back - especially for the tortilla soup!“

“When I walked in there were 7 employees all standing around. Not a single customer in the store. A woman walked over. I said to start I need a kids nachos. She grabbed a large container. After the first ingredient I confirmed if that was the kids size. A gentleman next to her said no it’s not and proceeded to take over. After that I moved on to my burrito, again the same woman helped me. I watched her roll it up as the gentleman rang in my order. At this point it was a struggle and I just wanted my food so I didn’t say anything but the woman rolled my burrito the wrong way. Instead of it being long it was brick. Made it very difficult to eat and as you can imagine it fell apart everywhere. Pictures attached. I am not sure if she was new or what but with 7 employees all available I would have hoped someone would have helped her. This location has been going down hill for some time.“

“As with most places, I believe it makes all the difference on who is making your food. I've had a good experience at this location in the past, but my most recent visit was rather disappointing. I ordered a burrito through the app for pickup. Without a doubt in my mind, there was less than 2oz of meat in the whole burrito. I've had similar experiences (at other locations) when ordering on the app as well.“
