The food is fresh staff is friendly and It is very convenient to have a drive-through for a pick up
Ive been to this location several times. Each time they are out of something, first they dont ask my rewards number through the drive thru. Second, they were out of pumpkin soup meanwhile its fall. Okay. Next time again. Same thing. Next time I order a sandwich and they didn't have the type of bread. This could go on... then last week I went to order an egg sandwich with sausage. They ran out. Then I said okay ill get the bacon i got sprinkles of burnt bacon on the breakfast...read full review
This is by far the weirdest Panera Ive experienced. Customer service was 0% since orders are made at the kiosk. The restrooms are more like gas station restrooms, and no one is taking care of the dinning area. The worst thing about this visit was that they ran out of spoons so we couldn't eat our soups 😲
