“Stopped in for lunch and was glad I did. Friendly service from the jump—felt like a place where everyone knows each other, but newcomers are still welcome. Locals at the bar, couple of regulars playing games in the corner, and the staff chatting like it’s just another day in paradise.

It’s not quite a dive bar, but has that same laid-back, no-BS charm. Heard good things about the steak sandwich—can confirm it lives up to the hype. Solid lunch spot with a comfortable vibe, decent menu, and just enough grit to keep it real.“

“I called to order two meals for take for takeout and a young man by the name of Pano answer the phone and the first thing I noticed was his positive energy and how respectful and courteous he was when he was taking my order. He used words that you don't hear much of now a days like like hello, thank you for calling in, how can I help you, is there anything else you may want, repeating the order back to me with no mistakes, and here's the big one saying THANK YOU! And just like he said 15 minutes your order will be ready and it was. When I went to pick up he greeted me with a handshake and let me know how much he appreciated our business. Pano you are an exceptional representative for the restaurant polite, smart, unbelievable social skills and respectfulness, not to mention a great looking young man. “We stopped by Sunday afternoon to have lunch after dress shopping. It was myself, my 5 yr old, my mom, my Mother-in-law, 2 sisters, and my cousin. The service was friendly and fast and the food was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised in the variety of food offered and how it was different than most “bar and grill” food. “Let’s start with 5 stars***** We visited Tally’s Tap on Wednesday October 8, 2025. This was our first visit. We spoke to a man on the way in, and he recommended the BBQ Ribs which was the ‘Homemade Dinner’ special - his name was Stan (a once a week regular). Inside we were promptly seated, and it was busy, with a full parking lot. Mike was our great waiter, and we also met Chad (another super friendly and knowledgeable waiter). I ordered a full rack of ribs, with Mac and cheese, fresh green beans, and corn bread for $24 (I think). Stan and Chad were right - the ribs were super tender, great BBQ sauce. I shared them with my husband and daughter and we all felt they were absolutely outstanding. Corn bread was very tasty as was the Mac and cheese. My husband ordered a wrap with grilled portobello, and a cilantro sauce - he said it was good. My daughter ordered a salad, with fried chicken sliced on top, and substituted the menu dressing for the green goddess. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was a lovely first visit, and we will be back! Thanks to the employees, and owners for making this such a great experience. By the way - I am very picky. I know good food because I worked in some great restaurants on the East Coast. It is tough to have me really love a meal - but you guys made that happen!“

“I recently hosted my 50th birthday party at The Thirsty Duck, and it was absolutely fabulous! We had to change venues at the very last minute due to flooding in the area. This was actually our third venue and all of it was happening while we were out of the country. What could have been a nightmare turned into a dream thanks to the amazing and professional team at The Thirsty Duck.

The private room was perfect for our group, and the food was incredible. The nacho bar was an absolute hit with our guests! The bartender and server who worked with us were outstanding, super attentive, kind, and kept everything running smoothly. I heard so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. We also loved having access to the outside patio, which was a perfect addition to the space.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful and professional the staff was to work with. They truly went above and beyond to make my milestone birthday celebration one to remember. Highly recommend The Thirsty Duck for any special event!“

“It was busy and took a hour for food to arrive and my order was wrong twice, but Alexandra our waitress was very accommodating and helpful and the manager was very proactive at fixing our issues. Although we had issues with the order the food was delicious and the staff was amazing I would definitely recommend.“
